Shelbi’s place was perfect for our family of 4- great space, perfect location for our Grand Canyon plans, and bright and clean! Looking up at the stars from the hot tub at night definitely made it a special stay! I would love to stay again and highly recommend Shelbi’s place!

Lilly was very responsive when we had questions and when we decided not to bring our dogs with us (quick to refund our pet deposit). It would have been a great place for our dogs with the back yard and space in the house, but we couldn’t make it work for our whole trip. Overall we had a great time at the house. It was about 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon (which was amazing) and 45 min from Sedona. Close to grocery and Walmart, and very close to a bunch of trails that my son rode his MTB on. The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 teens/almost adults, so the three big beds in the two extra bedrooms were perfect). Very family friendly and the kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend!

The layout of Holland House was perfect for our family. 2 Master suites provided privacy for grandparents and parents while a children's wing provided space for 3 teens. The common space was large enough to accommodate everyone for dinner and games. Really enjoyed having this space after traveling the great state of AZ for a week in a van! Host was very responsive to our needs - especially when we had a dead battery and even the across the street neighbor pitched in to get kids and grandkids on their way to the Snowbowl!

Great host and great stay. The neighborhood was farther out of town than I realized, but this made for a peaceful setting, and dark skies to see stars. But, it is a good 15 min drive to Page. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

This house is amazing! Our stay was just we needed. The back yard with pool and view were absolutely breathtaking. The house was so clean and comfortable. Dyanna and Ryan are amazing hosts. Would love to come back when we have time for a longer stay.

This home was so comfortable, well appointed, and inviting! Loved the views of San Francisco Mountain and we had a bit of snowfall to make our stay magical. The beds and bedding were comfy and luxurious. There was a nice offering of snacks and convenience items like packages of hot cocoa and oatmeal that we appreciated. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to spend time in your lovely home and If we are ever headed this way again we will be hoping to book this home again!

We just had the most wonderful stay at Dean and Deanna's place! It felt like a home away from home and such a special get away. Greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the very spacious house, including in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bathrobes, etc. The views from the deck are amazing (including hot air balloons in the distance 7-8 am in the mornings). In the evenings, the hot tub felt so relaxing after our hiking days. Stargazing from the hot tub and lawn chairs was also amazing! What a most wonderful place to stay! We felt so welcomed and at home. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Sedona. Many thanks to Deanna and Dean!!!!

This was my family's and my second time staying at John's rental (as we were in town for RunSedona) and it did not disappoint. You are close enough (within driving distance) to everything that the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona have to offer but you still feel like you are staying on your own private/secluded piece of paradise. There is so much space both indoors and out to spend time with family and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Some of our favorite things to do included sitting out on the patio enjoying the mountain views by day and stargazing at night. Would highly recommend! We hope to return again sometime soon.

Absolutely loved my stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Place was spacious, nicely decorated, bathrooms were stocked with great smelling products and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the large soaking tub. Beds were tempurpedic-ish, so if you prefer a spring mattress keep that in mind. I prefer springs but still slept like a rock. Centrally located but felt private due to the gated front patio. The complimentary laundry room was much appreciated for our long road trip. I will definitely look for her properties for future stays in Sedona.

We completely enjoyed the space. This is an incredible home! It was perfect for all of our needs. It was close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel like we were in nature. It was perfect for our large group. The yoga room was great for morning yoga with the group as well. Fits 17 max. John and Leah were responsive, kind, and very helpful with every request. It was amazing coming home to the hot tub and swimming pool in the evenings, after a long day. Everything was as described in the listing and John and Leah were great hosts.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

Our family loved our stay at Villa on the Rocks. The house is beautiful with stunning views. Lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable and right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. Off the beaten path but very close to local restaurants, hiking and biking paths. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in!!

We had a wonderful girls trip in Sedona at this beautiful property. Great property and great host. Highly recommend!

This place is even more lovely in person! The house spaciously accommodated our 8 family members really well and everyone felt like they could spread out and relax. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and Vic had about everything you could want for a kitchen including amenities and the grill outside was also nice. The larger living room was a great place at night for us to all spread out and have family movie nights. the backyard was well received by our teens and they loved the pool and hot tub. There are many places to sit and relax, read a book/enjoy your company. If you forgot a book, don't worry as he has a couple big book shelves! I was able to catch the amazing sunrise right through the dining room window while sitting there sipping my coffee! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was safe that I felt comfortable allowing my teen daughter to go on her own and run each morning. The beds were super comfortable and sleep was great in them! I would choose to stay again!

Nice little cabin that's only a 30 min drive from the Grand Canyon. There's a great view of a mountain range from the front porch and the hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of hiking.

Adam and the home were great! Everything was as described. We've stayed in multiple Airbnbs in the Payson, Strawberry, Pine,And Christopher Creek area, etc. and this home had the best kitchen amenities. Often time we don't have a lot to cook with and he had everything! The area was perfect, peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this home and would definitely book again in the future!

We had such a great time during our visit. We felt right at home and enjoyed feeling like we were staying in a treehouse. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and that was so appreciated. All we had to do was buy our own groceries and everything else was there ❤️ loved the responsiveness and attention to detail as well. We had a wonderful stay!

Sarah and Mark’s “Strawberry Bliss” cabin is an incredibly beautiful location . The cabin features an organized and stylish lay out with well stocked and supplied kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms, beautiful furniture, hot tub , outdoor sitting areas and close proximity to hiking and walking. This home made for one of the best air bnb stays we’ve ever experienced. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us like a s’more station, snack basket and lovely bottle of wine. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need to make a simple or gourmet meal. We loved seeing elk, javelina, a wide variety of birds and a sky full of stars from the comfort of the patio and hot tub while there was still snow on the ground ! Our pup loved hiking exploring the large fenced yard and laying by the fire as well as all the dog supplies that were waiting for him. Our hosts were very responsive to inquiries we made. The only thing to improve this stay would be to stay longer!

Our family of four had a great stay at Boulder Cabin. The home itself is extremely clean, with high quality fixtures and furniture. The bedding/towels/sheets were some of the nicest I have used at an Airbnb. It's apparent the hosts have put a lot of time and thought into the home and truly have their guests' comfort in mind. We all loved the hot tub and spent lots of time in the backyard. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. We all slept great, which is so rare sometimes on vacation. The only thing that was a negative was navigating the narrow driveway. I was aware of this before we booked, so I wasn't surprised when I saw how steep and narrow it was. If you have a large vehicle, this can be challenging. I should also note that the street next to the property was quite busy. LOVED the easy check out procedure and would book again.

We really enjoyed the Toho Treehouse. Totally recommend this place as a calm, peaceful alternative to Sedona. Perfect for a retreat. The house was comfortable and spacious. Quiet street. We didn’t spend much time on the deck but I can imagine in warmer weather it would be wonderful (fire pit, dining table, lots of seating). There’s a nice hiking trail just down the street, and lots of towering pine trees. And very cute squirrels with interesting ears!

A must stay!! My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay here. It was quiet, peaceful, romantic, and all around magical. You can’t beat the views.

We have stayed at this cabin several times and will keep coming back ☺️. The host, Destin, is super awesome and makes sure we have a great stay every time. Such a beautiful and serene place to get away!
