Absolutely loved my stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Place was spacious, nicely decorated, bathrooms were stocked with great smelling products and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the large soaking tub. Beds were tempurpedic-ish, so if you prefer a spring mattress keep that in mind. I prefer springs but still slept like a rock. Centrally located but felt private due to the gated front patio. The complimentary laundry room was much appreciated for our long road trip. I will definitely look for her properties for future stays in Sedona.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Spotless interior with all the amenities our family needed for a stay in Flagstaff. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Kate’s place was AMAZING! From watching the sunrise with hot air balloons in the distance to the star filled skies after dark, the view was fantastic!! Spacious location for our family of 4. All of the amenities were great- well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. We would highly recommend this place to others and hope to stay here again in the future!!

A beautiful and peaceful stay with stunning views, a comfy bed, and a lovely coffee bar to enjoy each morning. Perfect location—close to restaurants and shops yet still serene—plus easy check-in and check-out. Would love to return!

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! The views are breathtaking. The house is so spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. You will not be disappointed staying here. Excellent stay!!!

My friend and I spent two nights at Josh’s mountain villa while touring the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. He was a great host and very responsive. The place was clean and we felt right at home. Josh provided a detailed welcome booklet, which included many recommendations, such as activities and restaurants, amongst other helpful information. We took the written advice about entering through the east rim, which saved us so much time. Small touches of care and consideration for his guests were added throughout the home. For example, various items around the home were clearly labeled. Mountains surrounding the home were breathtakingly beautiful. The only regret we have is not having enough time in our travel plans to full enjoy this serene home ! I highly recommend a few nights at Josh’s place!

We had a wonderful girls trip in Sedona at this beautiful property. Great property and great host. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Claudine hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und blitzsauber. Das Apartment war superschön und mit Stil eingerichtet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Gegend ist sicher und man konnte sogar zu Fuss einkaufen gehen (Whole Foods Market in Gehdistanz). Claudine war sehr kommunikativ und hat immer sehr rasch auf Nachrichten von uns reagiert. Wir wurden kurz vor unserer Abreise vom Schnee überrascht und es gab einige Strassensperren. Claudine war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns eine andere Route zum Flughafen empfohlen, damit wir sicher zum Flughafen fahren konnten. Wir würden wieder in dieses Appartment kommen.

We completely enjoyed the space. This is an incredible home! It was perfect for all of our needs. It was close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel like we were in nature. It was perfect for our large group. The yoga room was great for morning yoga with the group as well. Fits 17 max. John and Leah were responsive, kind, and very helpful with every request. It was amazing coming home to the hot tub and swimming pool in the evenings, after a long day. Everything was as described in the listing and John and Leah were great hosts.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

My family of four just spent three fantastic nights at this cozy place, love it! Everything is brand new and super clean. The proximity to everything is a huge plus here, trails, restaurants, bars, (even wholefoods- literally one minute drive!:) Laundry is clean and very close too. Definitely a big recommend to small family or group when visiting Sedona! Claudine and Sharon are super nice and responsive with clear instructions on things too...

A gorgeous villa with outstanding views! We actually had hot air balloons two different mornings pass by! The house had absolutely everything you would need. Very comfortable bed. Jackie and Nate were nothing but top notch hosts…….the whole team from start to finish was excellent to deal with. As a side note the prior property owner contacted me that he sold this property pretty close to the dates we had it reserved for…..Jackie and her team stepped up big time to make sure I didn’t lose my reservations, she saved our dates and honored the weekly price at my booking. That showed me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable moving forward with this trip…….and boy am I glad we did!! It was amazing! So thank you to Jackie and PHX Stays for “saving” my vacation plans!

This place is even more lovely in person! The house spaciously accommodated our 8 family members really well and everyone felt like they could spread out and relax. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and Vic had about everything you could want for a kitchen including amenities and the grill outside was also nice. The larger living room was a great place at night for us to all spread out and have family movie nights. the backyard was well received by our teens and they loved the pool and hot tub. There are many places to sit and relax, read a book/enjoy your company. If you forgot a book, don't worry as he has a couple big book shelves! I was able to catch the amazing sunrise right through the dining room window while sitting there sipping my coffee! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was safe that I felt comfortable allowing my teen daughter to go on her own and run each morning. The beds were super comfortable and sleep was great in them! I would choose to stay again!
