The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The place was perfect for our group of friends! There were plenty of comfy beds, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. So many cute photo spots, and the overall vibe had a fun, dopamine-filled aesthetic. We’d definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this property prior to our cruise. It had all it marketed and was a nice place for myself and my buddies to hang out.

Great place

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room inside and outside. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and gave clear directions to help us get in. He also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues.

Super clean! Comfy bed. Easy check in and out. Beautiful place! I’ll check out his other places next time I travel.

Precioso alojamiento, con todo lo que necesitas para una estadía muy cómoda, muy limpio y muy nuevo. Todos los servicios funcionaron a la perfección. Yo estaba preocupada por estar frente a una calle transitada pero la insonorización es excelente, dentro del alojamiento el silencio está garantizado. Totalmente recomendable!!

Reza ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und die Absprache mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls super - alle Spots sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder! :)

Logement très propre et facilement accessible. Plusieurs places de parking sont disponibles devant le logement et c’est un gros avantage. Hôte très réactif et amical. Je reviendrais les yeux fermés chez Vlad et Anna, merci !

We were in town for a wedding. Randy’s home served us well. Good space and lovely peaceful porch. ‘Ace’ their adorable dog is a frisbee addict and kept my adult kids entertained. Nice stay! Thank you! Dana & Family

Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.
