This worked out great for our group of 8. Spacious, clean and super communication. Very responsive to anything we needed when we were there. Beautiful spot on the inter coastal waterway.

We had a great time and enjoyed watching the boats travel back and forth on the River.

The Airbnb is in a beautiful area, nice central location with many walkable restaurants. Hoover was a very responsive and amazing host, he helped with everything that we needed and helped us feel like we were at home. Very clean. Great description and he was very accommodating, would 100% recommend and I would definitely book again. Easy access to many different locations for interviews I had.

When I arrived, it was dark. I finally located the entry and lockbox, but had I not had a flashlight packed, I would have been in deep trouble. Therefore, I would like to suggest a motion light be installed for just such nighttime arrivals. The recessed entry way picks up no light from the parking lot, it made it difficult to get to the keys and it was only 8:00 PM. I love the location on the lake, it's very calming. Parking is good. The house could definitely use some more lighting, it tends to be dark.

Super cute neighborhood, walkable to loanDepot park. Despite the urban setting, lots of animals to observe. Private back yard. Alejandro was very friendly and welcoming! 15 minute drive to South Beach.

Gladys’ home was amazing. It was beautiful, extremely clean, and had great amenities. She was very responsive and professional. This home couldn’t have been more suitable for our trip. This home should definitely be included in your trip to Miami.

Fantastic Miami retreat! Our family loved this Airbnb, perfectly suited for families or multiple families. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The house offered a plethora of activities, keeping everyone entertained. Conveniently located, with downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Everglades just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend with a big group. The house is spacious, incredibly well appointed, and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. North Bay Village also ended up being ideally located: anything we wanted to do in South Beach or downtown was only about 20 mins away.

Melissa was VERY responsive to any concerns we had. She responded quickly, with attempts to resolve any issues we brought to her attention. The home is nice and described as shown on the site.

We stayed here for a bachelor party and had 16 people sleeping comfortably - an overall great space for a large group looking to have fun. Bathrooms were all very clean as well as the kitchen. Four of the beds are in the pool house, but that has its own nice bathroom and a small kitchen with sink and fridge. The yard is great for hanging during the day! We did wish the yard was cleared of leaves a little more and pool was a little cleaner, but we contacted the host on our arrival date and sent pool service within a couple hours. Also, there are a lot of towels available, which isn’t on the listing but was really helpful!! The washer and dryer was nice too so we had fresh towels all weekend. There’s not enough couch space for everyone in the house to sit together, but we weren’t really needing to do that on our trip, just think it would be good to know if a big group wants to spend time hanging out in the living room. Would come back for a similar trip for sure!!

Dan on the incredible. The best host I’ve ever had on ABNB. Let’s be honest about airbnb. It’s getting harder to find an authentic stay at a place where the pictures and descriptions match to product. Also, the hosts are no long owners they’re landlords, often remote. Dan is what Airbnb had in mind when they built this app. He is an excellent host. Way over delivered

Although there were a few issues when we got to the house, Agustin was very responsive and worked very hard to make sure everything was taken care of to make sure we had a great stay. There is plenty of space, beds are very comfortable and our family and friends enjoyed our time.

Great place to stay! Lot's of space if there are a lot of guests, but still has a cozy feel if there are only a few people. The hot tub is wonderful, and being right next to the river is nice. It is such a short drive from the airport, but doesn't feel like it.

The house was great! Exactly like the photos and very spacious for a family of 4. The amenities were great, lots of toiletries offered which was a great touch. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the patio area. Neighborhood is safe and nice. Only 40-ish mins away from the Everglades National Park. Thank you for the thoughtful touches and the welcome gift! Wonderful stay, great hosts, and would absolutely book again.

This place was so beautiful! Lovely back area space. Even with other guests in the duplex beside us it was more than accommodating! There were a few minor issues I did have and I wound up needing to check out early, but the hosts were so understanding and very easy to communicate with despite anything going on. Made the whole thing as easy as possible and even refunded me for having to leave early. I really really loved this property and wish I could have stayed longer!

Lily was an amazing host! This was a birthday trip for my boyfriend and few friends flew down to surprise him. Lily did an amazing job when I asked if she could put up a happy birthday banner and some balloons. The space was beautiful and when we weren’t at the beach, we spent the rest of the time in the back yard. Highly recommend staying here! Great for larger groups and enough privacy from the other rooms! Thank you again Lily!
