This was one of thee best Airbnb I've stayed in. The beds were amazingly comfortable. There was lots of space for myself & family. House was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The host was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and responsive to any question. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

It was a perfect central location for the parks we needed to go to for our daughters softball tournament. The yard was great for our dog and we enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed at Dana’s place several times now - this last trip was over 3 weeks, as we waited for our house-full of furniture to arrive and readied our new home nearby to move in. I feel like Dana’s place it’s my home away from home. She is very responsive and always willing to help and accommodate with kindness. Very comfy place to stay, well furnished and has everything we need.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Really big and quality guest house for the money. Beautiful property and friendly but unobtrusive hosts. Hour from Nashville and great state parks nearby. Also, it was SUCH a bonus to have a frozen pizza and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. We were starving, didn’t think ahead (like my mom would’ve) and the nearest store closes at 8! Can’t say enough good things.

The perfect place to stay for our family and pups. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. The home was so nice and was spacious and had all of the conveniences of home. My favorite part of this house was the beautiful master bathroom shower and master bedroom.. If we are ever in Murfreesboro again I would definitely want to stay here.

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

It was perfect stay for our roadtrip. Huge yard for our pups. Loved to see the resident animals (horses,chicken, cats, dogs). The house was extra clean, and Emily was amazing to communicate with. Overall we would stay again if we need a place in the area.

We had a great stay at Jim’s place! Communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout. The space was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax and sleep well. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

Christian was great to do with and we would go back and stay at same place for sure.

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

Casa Paraíso was home away from home. The home is everything we could have asked for. Location was far enough from the big city but not close enough where we can take an uber to downtown Nashville. Jenn and Ricardo were the cherry on top! They were friendly, responsive, and helpful with our requests. We would highly recommend staying with them!

We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We had a great stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our dog. Laura was very helpful with local recommendations. It was very convenient for our concert at The Caverns and much more comfortable than a hotel. We’d definitely stay there again!

A great stay! Super secluded and relaxing. There is lots of walking to do around the property and the hot tub is wonderful. If you are relying on uber I would consider not staying here as it is pretty far out and uber drivers are few and far between. But the stay was fantastic!

The Sanctuary was such a pleasant stay . The host was very kind and made you feel right at home . I have no complaints at all !!

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!

Strangest stay ever the hot water heater blew and I had to leave to get a hotel. But host responded and money was reimbursed right away. So overall great service but did not get to stay. But everyone was great so thanks.

Comfy beds and a very cute place at a reasonable price.
