We had a wonderful stay, the place was great and location was perfect for what we were after. We enjoyed having the local wildlife, one in particular (kookaburra) would come right near us which was very unexpected. I honestly couldnt fault the stay and the views from the bbq area where just phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here, its worth the cost and perfect if you want a peaceful, quiet place to relax.

Loved this place, perfect set up and location for our family holiday. Views are 10/10, location is perfect, walking distance to look out one way, short walk to shops and restaurants the other way. Bonville golf course 5min drive away. Loved it, will book again

Home had an interesting layout, three stories, two bedrooms on ground floor and one on top floor, living / dining in the middle, didn’t use front door as around other side of house away from garage and driveway parking. Was wet weather so entered via laundry and garage. Convenient location, clean tidy, great hotel quality linen, friendly response from care takers. Suited our girls weekend away with two bathrooms and three toilets one on each floor. There is no wifi and only a convection microwave oven, no full kitchen oven. Enjoyed our stay but not sure we would return.

Great place and location for 2 families to stay together but with own kitchen's and bathrooms which is really great. Some shade umbrellas around the pool would be helpful as the place has no air conditioning and the pool is a bit exposed to stay out for long without shade. Otherwise an amazing place and location. Lindsay is a great host and extremely responsive.

Awesome location and even better than we expected. It was a lovely spot to stay. Petrina also had a fresh load of bread and other snacks including chocolates ready for us. It was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for an awesome stay. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great peaceful escape for a relaxing trip away. Host was away but was assured if we needed anything it would be sorted(we didn’t need anything), check in was a breeze, the local wildlife, pool and viewing platform was a hit with my 7year old. Absolutely Loved our stay.

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

Great location and a reasonable priced unit. We had a group of 4 guys so the bedroom layout was perfect for us. We had a few issues with the property but the renter was very helpful and attentive.

Great place to stay especially for 2 couples travelling together as had separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas on 2 levels. Very clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to town and good to have some access to wifi. Kiri responded to contact almost immediately and was extremely accomodating when we required a last minute change of dates when the cyclone was predicted to threaten our home. Would love to stay again.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal with a lot of shops and places to go. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

My family of four had a fantastic time at Landwin Gardens in September holidays. The accommodation is amazing and the location fantastic. South West Rocks is an outstanding place to holiday. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A hidden gem! We absolutely loved our time at Marilyn’s. We had a last minute booking (less than 24 hours) which resulted in a little hiccup with check-in but we called the hosts and the issue was resolved very efficiently and effectively. Perfect location - so close to shops and beach, but super quiet with lots of native birds. Backyard is great and pool table was a hit; beds and reclining couch very comfortable. The back bedrooms do get very warm, and the lack of shower screen/curtain did mean bathroom floor got quite wet (we would mop each time someone used shower) but overall stay was great and we will definitely stay there again.

Quaint and clean. Enjoyed our stay and definitely a great place to be close to everything in Coffs. Beds were comfy :)

I hate writing reviews with how much travelling i do, but Tracy's place is deserving of an exception. Genuinely the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed in! Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed townhouse split over 4 levels and very spacious and modern. It was an absolute pleasure staying here.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and had a fantastic time. The place was just as described - spacious, homely, and clean. The location is perfect, just 1 minute walk to the beach, and we were lucky enough to be there during the Emerald Beach fete, which was a great experience for the family. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the local spots within walking distance. Highly recommend.
