This listing is perfect for our needs. Dawn was very responsive. This house is very comfortable and has all of the necessities! We already have plans to stay again. We needed to add a day at the last minute and Dawn was happy to accommodate us.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was easy. The hosts have thought of everything to make you feel at home. It is centrally located and yet in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We will certainly return.

We had a comfortable one night stay. The apartment is cozy. Snacks, coffee, tea and hot cocoa were generous.. There was also a plentiful supply of linens and basic toiletries. The gas fireplace provided plenty of heat. The location right across from the cathedral was convenient and pleasant. Though a train came by late in the evening it was only the one time so wasn’t an issue throughout the night.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Nicely decorated and very clean. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the main roads through Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Our hosts responded quickly and were flexible with an early check-in option. Would stay here again!

Rylea’s is great and her place is fantastic. We had an event at UD and her place was less than 5 mins. She was extremely communicative. Her place was so clean and spacious. Each of our boys were able to have their own room while we had the master bedroom on the main floor. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were clean. We walked across the street to hike at the nature preserve, which was fun. It was a short drive to Peosta which has a grocery store and a few restaurants. It was a little further to Dubuque, but not bad. I'd say this is a great stay for people that want a quiet spacious home with good access to amenities in either direction.

The Dubuque House - Historic Downtown Location!

first of all - so affordable for a big group. second, this place is in the heart of Dubuque. walking distance to so many cool spots! the group i was with attended a conference at the great river center & it was a 15 minute walk. i will definitely stay here again when im in Dubuque!

Great location to reacquaint myself with Dubuque! It was an easy walk to the Carnegie Library and great shops, coffee, and dining and centrally located for short drives to explore the city. These accommodations were right-sized for my friend and I. I slept on the daybed on the open upstairs landing—comfortable mattress and lovely soft sheets. This unit gets beautiful morning and afternoon light. Very relaxing vibe and well-kept! Tanya was a friendly and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful few days visiting western WI and coming home to such a beautiful, peaceful, homey place was icing on the cake. Spent nights looking at the bright, bright stars, exploring along the river and fires in the pit. Easy to get to Potosi, Dickeyville, Cassville, and Prairie du Chein. Couldn't have asked for a better place or stay!!

We LOVE Jon's beautiful mansion. This is the second time we have stayed and we hope to be back again next year. With three generations of family all together, this really is the perfect place. Easy walk to the wonderful public library (which has fantastic children's area), Textile brewing (great beer and pretzels), Basillica, and the Brew and Brew; and a quick drive to Sundown mountain skiing. The home itself has everything you could possibly need- so much comfortable space to hang out, great kitchen, and large dining room table. We loved the new addition of the bunk beds. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

The place is beautiful! We had a family get together with infants and older folks and everyone was able to get around and safely enjoy the whole space. Both the view and the decor were better than the photos! I highly recommend this cabin!

This place was a beautiful older home. It had all the character and Abby had it decorated so beautifully! It was spotless and cozy. It's a great place to stay for people that want to browse Manchester to go shopping and the local restaurants. The stores and restaurants are just a short walkable distance. I highly recommend a stay there for a small home town visit.
