Couple stayed for 2 weeks. Tina was very helpful and responsive. Fantastic location -- worked perfectly for what we were looking for. Great choice of local restaurants and cafes. You can hear foot traffic outside but quiet overnight (to be expected given the location). Spotlessly clean and everything worked as expected (specifically the AC, we stayed in February). Note the 2 smaller bedrooms both have small single beds and are setup to work as an office, a feature I utilized daily. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Maria Juliana’s. It was well situated and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would stay there again!

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The house was exactly as described, very nice neighbourhood , close to restaurants and coffee shops, transport and supermarkets. Beautiful authentic argentinian parrilla on a rooftop. If you know how to use it to cook Argentinian carne asada, you will really enjoy this amenity, as we did. If someday will decide to visit Buenos Aires , we'll definitely book this house once again.

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Fui con amigos, casa amplia cómoda y limpia, celebre el cumpleaños de mi Esposo con un asado, con autorización previa de los administradores, pasamos un día lindo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía.

Estar como en casa… todo súper equipado, la cocina, el lavadero, la terraza… tuvimos un clima hermoso que nos permitió disfrutar del patio y la terraza. La casa tiene detalles que te hacen sentir cómodo y relajado, La ducha del baño principal es un 10 ❤️ La cama comodisima, y un espacio de guardado soñado. Pegado a un almacen para resolver las compras diarias Y a pocas cuadras de un nuevo espacio de restaurantes y bares. La casa Paz es grande cómoda y te invita a descansar, comer un asado y disfrutar en familia o con amigos. La zona segura y tranquila.

We really enjoyed our stay at carolina & Matias’s place. Everything we needed. and the big terrace was a bonus. Centrally located in Palermo Soho, which must have the highest concentration of restaurants of any neighborhood in the world, and convenient via bus or taxi or walking (the best! because Buenos Aires is very flat) to other areas of interest in the city.

Fiquei na casa de Marcelina durante duas semanas e foi ótimo! Pude trabalhar remotamente, pois a internet era muito boa! O prédio possui uma boa academia e nos arredores encontramos muitos restaurantes bons.

Mi estadia en Buenos Aires fue mucho mejor por haber me encontrado con el oasis que es el departamento de Chelo y Doli. Aparte de eso me ayudaron mucho con dificultades que yo tenia con mucha paciencia y cariño. Unos genios divinos que ayudaron mucho cuando se complicó mi viaje bastante . Tuve muchisima suerte en encontrarlos . Me sentia protegida tranquila y segura y viajando sola es lo mejor que te puede pasar . Siendo anfitriones de un hermoso lugar no hacia falta que haya mas que eso pero su trato personal superó La belleza del lugar. Los voy agradecer siempre..

Our stay at Santiago’s Airbnb was amazing. The apartment is cozy, beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a great experience. The location is perfect — close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the subway. But the highlight was the lovely balcony, where my mom and I had breakfast every morning, enjoying the peaceful vibe. Santiago was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always available. He welcomed us personally and explained everything with care. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. A truly unforgettable stay! Mi estadía en el Airbnb de Santiago fue impecable. Perfect place to stay to access the Palermo area, lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

This place was really great! My family and I had an amazing time with comfortable beds, good shower, spacious and well equipped apartment. It was also on a very convenient location. I am planning on staying there again on future trips to Buenos Aires.

Bello alojamiento y excelente ubicación a una cuadra del subte.

El departamento hermoso, es un duplex dentro de un edificio. Algo no habitual en la zona. Muy confortable, todo nuevo (eso es de valorar) Cochera muy cómoda, el patio exterior invita a quedarse cuando no se quiere salir. Y Nico siempre atento !! Volveremos!!

Nicolas es muy atento, responde rápido y es flexible. El departamento esta en muy buenas condiciones, es amplio, luminoso y bien ventilado. La ubicación es bastante buena tambien, ya que se encuentra cerca de centros comerciales locales y grandes avenidas. Lo recomiendo!

La comunicación fue excelente, siempre fueron muy atentos, y respondían a nuestras inquietudes muy rápido, la zona es tranquila, las camas fueron muy cómodas, en general todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo!!

O espaço era maravilhoso, bem fiel as fotos. A localização era excelente, fazíamos muitas coisas a pé. Cris sempre nos deu suporte, respondendo rápido e sendo solícita. Muito obrigado!!
