I rented this place for a weekend marriage retreat for six couples and everyone was extremely pleased with the amenities, location, and rooms. Each couple had there own room and bathroom, there was plenty of room to spread out and relax and it was very comfortable to conduct sessions for the group, overall a very lovely place, I would definitely book again

This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the attention to details and small but thoughtful conveniences like throw blankets in the living room, bathrobes in the bedroom closet, the snack basket, and frosty mugs in the freezer. It was a short stay for us so we didn’t cook but the kitchen was great and fully equipped. And Renee was very friendly and communicative. We’d definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

We loved our stay at Tammy’s place! This was our first time staying on the North side of the lake and we are officially huge fans! It’s so much calmer and absolutely beautiful. The house itself was perfect. Beautiful kitchen and rooms. Everything felt so fresh and clean. It’s also so easy with kids to walk out the basement and watch them swim at 8am or while eating dinner on the downstairs patio. Tammy was super responsive and helpful with any issues (we only had one tiny problem with a thermostat that she had taken care of right away!). We hope to come back again next summer!

Of all of my AirBnB stays Natanya's place was by far the best experience to date. The house was amazing. It was perfect for what we were there for. There was so much space. Even after viewing the listing numerous times I was still shocked at how large the home was. It was perfectly stocked. It had something for everyone. The kids kept busy with the numerous activities the home has to offer - the game room, books, toys. The moms enjoyed the dock and hot tub, and the guys loved the fact that they could dock their fishing boats on the property. It was literally a dream house and we can't wait to go back.

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

My kids and I had a wonderful spring break at Patrick and Jordan's house visiting all of our friends and favorite places around Monroe. Their house is in a super convenient and safe location and set farther back from the street so it feels more private and quiet than most of the houses around them. The house is truly bigger than it looks with plenty of space. My kids even said it felt like home before the week was over and we all slept so well in the super comfy beds!

I have trouble feeling at home when away from home…but not here. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. It was overall just comfortable which says a lot. Ilya checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed, which wasn’t necessary since we had more than we needed. This home provided important details that many other Air BnBs haven’t in the past, such as extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We would most certainly stay in Ilya’s Air Bnb again. Thanks for having us!

This is a very nice accommodation close to Lay Park. We had two adult couples sharing the unit. Quite enjoyable. Host very responsive. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! We came in for the night for a concert. The farmhouse was a perfect little overnight stay! It is in a beautiful location, tucked in the woods, but still close to everything. We would definitely stay again! Communication, instructions and all were clear and quick with responses. The house was just as described.

We had such a great time at this beautiful house! Central to most restaurants walkable to some pretty good places. Beautiful house with lots to do. Would absolutely stay here again!

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

This place is better than described! It is more spacious than I expected and perfect for our trip. Michael was very kind, quick to respond and had some amazing coffee and dinner recommendations.

We needed a place to stay with room for 7 of us and this place was perfect! Kay was very responsive and checking in and out was easy. The location worked well too, it’s not far from Downtown and campus.

My stay at Bracade Bungalow was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped inside, I was charmed by its unique character and stylish design. The bungalow felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable, like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, creating a really lovely and inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the downstairs game room and mancave feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly last night! Having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus, allowing me to easily prepare breakfast which made my stay even more convenient. The location of Bracade Bungalow was also perfect for my needs. It was so easy getting downtown from the house location. This made getting around and experiencing the area a breeze. You all were exceptional! Your communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. You all clearly put a lot of care into ensuring that we had a wonderful

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

This is a great place! The neighbors are friendly and it’s walkable too. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Beautiful spacious home in an exceptionally tranquil setting. The amenities available in the home exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return there if ever in the area again.

A wonderful place for family to stay and spread out while we were in Gainesville for FRC Robotics competition. The beds were very comfortable, great mattresses and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast since we were on the go a lot. the refrigerator is not a full size which didn't bother us ; it was perfect for keeping sodas chilled and milk ready for breakfast. The bathrooms were very nice. One bathroom is rather small if you are a large man like my husband but the other shower was roomy. We even saw deer in the backyard. it was only 9 minutes from the venue and close to stores and gas stations as well. The neighborhood felt very safe.
