Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Loved this beautiful spot! So private and relaxing! Has everything you could think of to complete a holiday. We were lucky enough to get ready for our wedding here, so its a very special place. We would book here again!

A stay at Rockpool is truly food for the soul. We spent a memorable week in this glorious house, soaking up this beautiful pocket of Tasmania. The house is so cleverly designed - it is expansive and luxe but also earthy and relaxed. It embraces and respects the wilderness it is nestled in and allows you to really watch nature’s great show. We were thrilled to share the space with the local wildlife, to stargaze at night and enjoy the soundscape of the ocean and birdsong. Thank you Lynne and Paul for sharing your breathtaking property.

Couldn’t recommend this place more, we have 2 young children and it was so family friendly, just a short walk over the bank to the beach, a play area, amazing clean pool, every area and the whole room was clean and well maintained We will be definitely returning

Suit our requirements vert well. 4 couples needing at least 4 bedrms with queen bed and 4 toilets/ bathrm. Rare gem. Love the period features. Nice pool tho we did not use. Great experience all in all.

A great base from which to explore a beautiful part of Tasmania. This home was perfect for our group of seven, with lots of space and great views from the deck.

A fabulous stay for our family group to celebrate a significant birthday! Spacious living areas leading to outside deck and relaxing lounges and stunning views. The sauna was the icing on the cake and a view of us snorkelled in the nearby rock pool. Very helpful and responsive host! Thank you Lara for an unforgettable stay!

The Coles Bay cabin is a delight. The evening fire was a bonus. No TV was great as well. Lots of reading, drinking wine and totally relaxing was the order of the day. Great local restaurants and beautiful walks topped off our too short stay. All the cabin’s facilities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. We will definitely be back.

This property was exactly what we needed for a large group on a work trip! So much space and extra bathrooms were amazing. Comfy beds and the fireplace was amazing, Gail and David responded quickly and even dropped off more firewood for us when we needed it. Highly recommend, it was such a lovely stay in a perfect location. A 2 min walk to IGA for groceries and right in town. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wendy's place in Coles Bay. Excellent amenities, quiet location with great access to Freycinet NP.

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults and 4 children under 5. The home was perfect for our travelling party as it accommodate the kids as well as the adults. We loved the open living space, it allowed the kids to have room to spread out. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms very clean. We’d stay here again if we were to visit Bicheno.

Alison and Rods place is a lovely place to stay. Close for us to visit Freycinet National Park. The view was great with a relaxing lounge on the balcony. There was everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Emily is fast to respond, friendly and good in recommending places. Her unit is neat, tidy and comfortable. Very thoughtful owner who paid attention to every details from toiletries to towels and other household items, provided them in ample quantity. The unit is lovely but comes with one bathroom. As there are 5 of us, so not too much trouble when come to bathing time. Bigger group may have to plan their bathroom usage timing.

I would definitely recommend Jo's Wineglass Beach House! The location was perfect... very quiet, lots of birds, short walk to the start of some amazing walks, short stroll to two beautiful beaches. The house was set up very well with lots of crockery and cooking equipment. The house has a great layout... it is a rectangular shape, with the front 2/3rds facing north (ish) so it captures sun for most of the day. The back third has the bathroom (with heated floor!) and two bedrooms. Lots of extras eg games, DVDs, books and a lovely guest info book. It was a short drive to Coles Bay for a delicious pizza at Geographe. I hope to return some day! Thanks Jo and Matt for sharing this piece of paradise!

Spacious 3 bedroom home that is well located. A nice easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets.

We feel so lucky to have been able to visit such an amazing place. Everything is perfect from the location to the house and beautiful interior design that just fits perfectly into its surroundings. The owners have done a spectacular job and you can tell that they and Fefa the caretaker have a special love for nature. We will definitely be back…. But we want to keep it a secret haha!

This airbnb has magnificent views,quiet serenity,beautiful bushland encompassed by nature and private. Beds were comfy and bathroom spotless. lovely big lounge and patio. Adam was quick to respond and flexible. What a great place to have spent time at.

This was a great place for a family gathering of 2 couples, 4 singles and 3 children. We all found beds (with a bit of adaptability)over the 5 sleeping rooms The gathering areas were good also, with two slightly separate seating areas within the one big space so the chn could play on their screens away from us. The table tennis table was also a great hit. It was lovely that all 11 of us could sit around the dining table for meals. Outside sitting areas were also very comfortable. The beach was just a bit of a walk from the back door through a well defined bush track. Swansea provided a great IGA for meal prep and a nice coffee shop or two. A lovely holiday. Thank you Donnalee and Pete. You were great hosts.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is so cute and homely and had all the amenities and cooking utensils that we needed. The view is beautiful and the beds (and sofa!) were really comfy. Melodie was really proactive, friendly and responsive and check in with us before and during our stay. The location is great - only approx 30 mins to wineglass bay and in a cute town which has everything you need. Thanks Melodie!

Beautiful property, thoughtfully kitted out from lovely bathrooms, to the kitchen, which had all the extras for cooking. We booked a meal for our arrival and it was ready in the oven as we arrived. My husband fished and rented a boat and they moved it between the lakes as he wished. He has fished all round the world and this became a prime location from the moment we arrived. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was wonderful and the binoculars and wildlife books added to the enjoyment. I cannot praise this property enough. We were lucky enough to be able to add an extra day and wish it could have been more
