Colico : locations de vacances avec sauna

The accommodation is located perfectly. It has some climb, but the public parking nearby is free and you could also use the included parkinggarage. Do note if you have a large car, it might not fit. Supermarkets are ~15min drive. The stay has a balcony with an amazing view, which we used every day. You can’t get enough of the beautiful view. The sauna and pool were very nice as well! We were comfortably staying there with 4 adults. The two bedrooms + bathrooms were perfect. The accommodation is 10-15 min drive away from Menaggio and Dongo, which we frequently visited. The ferry can be used from Menaggio, do note that you might have to wait a long time in busy seasons. Como was 1,5 hour drive and Milano was 1,5 hour with the train from Colico. We do recommend taking the train from Colico, there’s free parking there 5 min from the station and because it’s the first stop, you most likely have seating space! Overall, we absolutely loved out vacation! Would recommend!

An Absolute Gem – A Perfect Stay! We had the most incredible experience staying at Alina's place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, and exactly as the photos, we instantly felt right at home. The scenery was incredible, and the view of Lake Como is unmatched. The outdoor space was amazing—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Alina was brilliant, extremely helpful (and even helped me arrange my engagement proposal)! She continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local recommendations. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and hospitality, look no further.

For festival goers this is a good listing, although you won't be able to make the Piazza Grande screenings.

The apartment is absolutely stunning with an incredible view over the lake. The access however is pretty challenging as you need 12 minutes from the center of Varenna by car. (you can't access there without a car) - but it's definitely worth it!! The place is very clean and really really beautiful. You can't get enough of this view, I tell you! One little piece of improvement would be to have an actual double bed in the bedroom rather than 2 single beds put together. Otherwise everything is perfect! we will come back for sure

Se tem um lugar com o melhor custo beneficio de Lugano, é esse apartamento. Excelente localização, andar térreo com um jardinzinho onde da pra secar roupa. Antonio é um excelente anfitrião, muito atencioso e preocupado. A casa estava limpa e arrumada. Inclusive fomos recepcionados por um casal de brasileiros. Foram 3 semanas excelentes.

Claudia ist eine weltsklasse Gastgeberin, Sie spricht mehrere sprachen war sehr freundlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft hatte viele coole Gadgets wie zum Beispiel eine voll beleuchtete Decke welche man auch dimmen konnte. Die ausstattung war wie in einem Hotel, man merkte richtig wie viel Herzblut darin steckte (div. Handtücher, Dusch und Shampoo, Wasser im Kühlschrank etc.). Was aufjedenfall noch die krönung war waren die im Preis inbegriffenen Eintritte ins nahegelegene Wellnesscender (Splash) welches zu Fuss supper erreichbahr war. Für mich und meinen Partner war es das Perfekte Wellness-Wochenende und wir werden Claudia in Ihrer supper Unterkunft aufjedenfall wieder Besuchen!! =D

Jon ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert und war stets hilfreich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Das Rustico ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und der Grill war fantastisch. Das einzige was bedingt gefehlt hat, waren Fliegengitter bei den Türen, damit man diese offen lassen könnte. Aber es ging auch ohne. Das Bett war bequem. Das Rustico ist ideal gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge. Der nahegelegene Fluss und der Spazierweg am Fluss entlang wurden von Kind und Hund gleichermassen geliebt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt ❤️

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Tana del Lupo ist perfekt für einen Urlaub draußen. Auf mehreren Ebenen lässt es sich bei spektakulärer Aussicht schön in den Tag leben, ergänzt durch den wahnsinns Wellnessbereich und die perfekte abgelegene Lage - ein Traum. Innen ist das Haus eher praktisch eingerichtet, dennoch mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Raum ist nach oben offen, was keinen unterschiedlichen Schlafzeiten zulässt und der nächtliche Toilettengang durch die kalte Nacht ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die 30 Minuten Auffahrt über enge italienische Bergstraßen ist nicht ganz einfach. Aber die Aussicht allemal wert. Wir sind nur einmal runter, um neue Pellets zu besorgen. Im April brauch man gut 2-3 Säcke zum Heizen. Ansonsten wären wir einfach hier oben geblieben. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege von hier aus. Dario war bei jeder Frage schnell per handy erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Wow! Words can’t even describe how beautiful this place was. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, fresh linen and towels, free use of the kitchen and utensils and the balcony was to die for. We had the whole house to ourselves, it’s so big and spacious! It had a laundry room too which was helpful. Space to park a car which is kind of needed as it is in a remote spot but that’s what makes it so peaceful! However you can walk to the nearest town and there are buses and trains nearby so it’s not 100% necessary to have a car. Esther was an amazing host and responded so quickly to any of our questions. And for the price, I couldn’t believe it! If you have the pleasure of staying here you will love it!

splendida esperienza, a partire dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Corinne e di sua mamma, che ci ha accolti. Il contesto è davvero suggestivo, una corte medievale splendidamente mantenuta. L'appartamento (loft privato) davvero all'altezza delle aspettative, un mix piacevole di rustico e moderno che dà subito la sensazione di "ben fatto". La meraviglia arriva la sera quando, usufruiamo della spa (piccola sauna molto moderna e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio) guardando le stelle. Un plauso anche alla colazione, servita dalla sempre gentile mamma di Corinne. Soggiorno a cui darei 6 stelle, complimenti!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, noch besser als auf den Fotos sowieso schon. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und diverse Toilettenartikel waren auch reichlich vorhanden, das ist in anderen Wohnungen nicht immer der Fall oder kostet extra. Bei Fragen hat Alexander immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Praktisch war auch die sehr große Garage, um das Auto abzustellen, da es in Corrido nicht wirklich Parkplätze hat. Man ist schnell am Luganersee, am Comersee und bis zum Lago Maggiore ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Super gefallen hat uns auch ein Shopping Tag im riesigen Foxtown Outlet Center, wo man tolle Schnäppchen machen kann. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail…in der Küche gab es alles, nur leider haben wir keine Eierbecher gefunden…das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr üppig Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen
