El departamento muy agradable, los muebles en perfecto estado, muy limpio y con todo listo para solamente llegar a disfrutar. El propietario muy amable y atento, recomiendo totalmente hospedarse aquí. La vista muy buena al mar y la alberca muy limpia y con buen mantenimiento. En general es una buena opción para hospedarse y lo haría de nuevo.

Nos sentimos como si estuviésemos llegando a casa pues había un interés de parte del anfitrión de saber que ya íbamos llegando, de que ya llegamos y una preocupación por saber que todas nuestras necesidades estuvieras bienen atendidas. Recomendamos mucho este lugar. Gracias

Un lugar muy comodo y limpio, fuimos 6 personas do adultos y 4 menores que estuvimos muy comodos en todo memonto, La Sra Guadalupe siempre estuvo al pendinte y nos dio sugernias de comida asi como de actividades, definitivamente volveremos a ir a su departamento el cual cuenta con una ubicación increible. Y muchas gracias a la Host que es excelente persona y te hace sentir como en casa en todo momento.

We were at Rodrigo's place for 7 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. Rodrigo was a great host. Being there for 7 weeks there were a few things that came up that needed fixing. Rodrigo responded immediately and he had someone there in 15 minutes to work on it. He was very attentive to our needs and was on things instantly. The location is great. There is a bus stop right outside of the complex,and a beach is right across the street. The grocery stores were within walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants all around. The pool area was nice with lots of grass and shade. The mainenance staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We would recommend Rodrigo's place without hesitation.

Es un alojamiento EXCELENTE, las fotos y descripción no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es esta casa, súper equipada, segura para ir con niños, limpia, amplia, cómoda, mucha tranquilidad y privacidad, la playa está muy cerca, y Yaneth todo el tiempo está al pendiente de lo que llegaras a necesitar, dando excelentes instrucciones a la llegada y salida. Sin dudarlo volvería.

The place was clean and just as described. One of the rooms is upstairs, so keep that in mind if you have anyone who can’t go up and down the stairs. There was no hot water in most of the showers, but we didn’t mind too much as the weather was nice enough for a cold shower. We didn’t let our host know. The neighborhood feels safe. And of course the walk to the beach is the best. It’s only about a 5 minute walk and the beach is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

We will be back again! We truly enjoyed our stay and interacting with Jorge was easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet being on a cul du sac there was no traffic, which was so nice!

Dominique was a fantastic host. She’s a great communicator, responding immediately to questions and giving us great local suggestions and recommendations. Her home is stunning, the photos do not convey its serenity and how special and unique the architectural details are. It’s also beautifully and tastefully decorated and well appointed. I was traveling with my husband and two sons and we all found the beds to be extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The sea view is epic. The main space is open air, yet feels private, especially the primary bedroom upstairs with its own terrace. The homes in this enclave have their own security and a private beach. We felt very safe there. The area was quiet in April and at times we were the only people on the beach. The cooks and caretakers, Paty and Carmen, made us feel right at home. They cooked breakfast for us daily as well as a few very delicious dinners. We’re already planning our next trip back, we loved our time here.

Excelente lugar! La casa tiene todo lo necesario desde toallas para bañarse como para la alberca. Te ponen una sombrilla para que disfrutes tu día en la playa que está muy cerca de la casa. Aunque tiene un área en común, el lugar es muy seguro y la gente que pasaba muy respetuosa. Roberto siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras dudas y Gustavo nos recibió explicándonos muy amable todo. Sin duda volveremos!

La pasamos genial toda la familia, la casa esta excelente y tiene muy buena ubicación, caminas una cuadra y esta la playa, sin duda me alojare de nuevo

We loved Octavio’s place so much. It was our paradise for the week for our family. It was beautiful, had great facilities, located well and the beach was beautiful. We had the best stay and would recommend to anyone. We hope to visit again

LA VISTA DEL DEPARTAMENTO FUE LO MEJOR, A PESAR DE TANTAS ESCALERAS ME ENCANTO HOPEDARME EN EL DEPTO. LA PLAYA PARECE UNA ALBERCA, ESTA IGUAL QUE LAS FOTOS, SOLO FALTO LA HAMACA QUE APARECE PERO NO LA NECESITE, SAHARY ESTUVO AL PENDIENTE DE LOS MENSAJES. SI VOLVERIA A HOSPEDARME EN ESE LUGAR. LA LLEGADA FUE MUY ACCESIBLE, LA VERDAD NI SALIMOS EL RESTAURANT DE LA ALBERCA TIENE BUENA COMIDA Y LOS PRECIOS SON IGUAL A OTRO RESTAURANT.

Place is awesome, we had a wonderful time. It is small but it has everytjing you need, nevertheless I’d recommend to have a car If you need to get many bags from the super market. It could also be a bit difficult If you can’t handle stairs but it is really worth it

El departamento está muy bien, algunos detalles de mantenimiento en la puerta de la terraza y del edificio, no había carritos de servicio para subir las maletas, pero en general el departamento estaba bien. Las albercas están geniales, ideales para ir con niños, la temperatura increíble. Cercano de todo.

Es un apartamento que tiene una mirada bonita te sientes como en casa el oír las olas te relaja un buen… todo está cerca tiendas, restaurantes y diferentes playas muy recomendable a los siguientes huéspedes que quieran reservar
