The apartment was very nice, comfortable and easy to find. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with charming houses and great restaurant options within walking distance. Colin was easy to communicate with and we overall had a great stay!

I would genuinely stay here as if this was my apartment. The place is very nice with up to date kitchen supplies and it's in a very nice hub for providence, with the whole foods being close and it being near the train station.

The place was perfect! Close to my son’s friend who goes to Brown and walkable to downtown. The coffee and delicious snacks were an added bonus!

The building has 4 apartments in an excellent location for visiting Warren and Providence RI. We had a downstairs unit which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are 2 parking spots and plenty of extra public parking across the street. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 20 minute drive to Providence. Very comfortable for six adults. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We highly recommend eating at Rhody Roots, just a 10 minute walk with excellent food and very accommodating to all dietary restrictions. Our visit to the Roger Williams Park and Zoo was a great experience for all. This Airbnb was a good value and even nicer than the pictures with many amenities.

Really wonderful time and would love to come back. I was in town visiting my brother and his wife and children, the location was walking distance from their home and the town / water, which was wonderful. Everything was easy, the home was perfect, and I’d absolutely recommend and return when in town! Looking forward to staying here again when I visit next time!

Vivian was a FANTASTIC host. She was proactive in communication, shared lots of local recommendations, and shared information far in advance of our stay. She was incredibly quick to respond to random questions and I felt prepared for check-in, parking, and staying at her place. The home was beautiful - even bigger than the pictures portray and was the perfect location for a girl's weekend trip. Everything was comfortable and clean and was a great, centrally located apartment for everything we wanted to do during a New England weekend of seeing the fall leaves changing!

Communicating with Adriana was top. All of my many needs and questions were promptly addressed. Adriana went out of her way to ensure she provided what I requested.

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

Great space, worked great for our family while traveling with our toddler. Beds were super comfortable! We loved the location in the RV park, was very quiet and easy to find. Close to the attractions in Newport, Providence and Fall River.

We use vacation rentals quite a bit, and this may be the most charming place we have ever stayed. Super comfortable, extremely clean, well stocked, and with lots of thoughtful touches. This is what we all hope to find when we book a vacation rental. Makes us want to book another trip to Providence just to stay here. Thanks so much!

Amazing stay! Loved the view on the lake, very peaceful and quiet. The house is very cozy and very clean. I recommend!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

We had a wonderful stay at Jean's place, we had 6 people (3 generations) and everyone was very comfortable. The space is beautiful, the neighborhood is wonderful, convenient location to everything we needed. Jean and Kevin were wonderful hosts, they were very proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions immediately. Highly recommended, we hope this house is available during future visits to Providence. Thank you Jean and Kevin!

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at JWU and had plenty of space for our family. The washer and dryer were a great bonus! The neighborhood was quiet with lovely sidewalks for walking, and Maria was very responsive.

I had a wonderful extended stay at Qi’s place! The place was well furnished, clean and in a perfect location with off street parking. Qi was very helpful and communicated well during a snow storm!

We had a great time and the place was beautiful.

There was a cyclone the day after we arrived. We asked I if there were umbrellas in the unit and told no but that's a good idea. We left for breakfast. When we returned 2 umbrellas were sitting by our door. These are very responsive hosts. We were very happy with the accommodations. They meet the needs of our trip.

Mustafa's place is in a great location, walking distance to good restaurants and cafes. Mustafa is a responsive host and his place was exactly as described. Check in and check out were easy and having off-street parking was a great perk. We would stay again!

Ryan’s listing is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Providence. The apartment is super clean and is in a great location within the city. We were very comfortable our entire stay with all the amenities and would definitely use this listing again for any future trips !

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
