Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karrie's place and it was a great experience. The house is well maintained and can easily accommodate over 16 people. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it a great retreat after a day of exploring. The interior of the home was clean and has all the necessary amenities. Our friends and I had a memorable experience at this property! Thanks Karrie for a wonderful week!

This was the cutest little bungalow for our family stay over spring break. Allison was very attentive to our needs and gave great tips for things to do and places to eat. The home was very cozy and clean and decorated so cute. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and all the extras that were available to us including beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrellas and bikes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and very close to Publix. Walgreens was also super close and we walked there several times to grab necessities. We would definitely stay again :)

The home was clean and had everything we needed for a whole month's stay. Plenty of towels & toiletries. The pool was warm. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and watch tv. The neighborhood was lovely with friendly people walking their dogs. The location was perfect; close to great restaurants and downtown 5th Ave. John was responsive and answered all questions that came up. My family had a perfect vacation and would absolutely stay again!

This is a terrific place to stay, and Rebecca is a superb host. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. We had a small problem with a bathroom pocket door not functioning properly. Sent a message to Rebecca, and the next day it was fixed. The amenities are great. And, it is close to a Publix Grocery Store and many terrific restaurants. I highly recommend this house and host.

This was an absolute great find. Everything was so great from the arrival until we left. Everything we needed for the week vacation was there. The kids loved the bikes, and beach gear. We will def. choose this home if we are going to this area again. Tom was great and has a great place all together. Close to the beach, an ice cream shop and plenty more. This was a last minute vacation and Tom made it easy and great.

Nice play to stay. Everything was smooth. Quiet place in a low key area.

this place has all the amenities you could need on vacation I loved the landscape and comfy bed I really enjoyed taking the bike around town and going on the river with the kayaks the river was very lively with fish turtles and gator I even tried my luck with a fishing pole that was in the garage the place is well located for food entertainment and beach what more could you ask thank you Mona

Always a great time staying with Amanda! We haul our jetski from Virginia and explore the 10 Thousand Islands! We are able to use the dock on the property which is an added bonus! We have stayed with Amanda twice and look forward to more vacations at their property! The accommodations are always very clean! I love having a washer and dryer available! Amanda and her husband are very personable! We enjoy staying at their property!

Pristine and newly renovated, on the water and great location with multiple restaurants within 5 min car or golf cart ride. Really enjoyed the location and the house was exactly as described. Will certainly stay there again the next time I am visiting if it’s available.

We loved our stay! Great little place, on the water in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed kayaking, with endless exploring right across the channel, and everything that Goodland had to offer. Awesome space and town, so much fun, I highly recommend!!

We didn’t want to leave! Such a great house and location. It had everything we needed, including all kitchen ware. It was so nice being able to go up to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close by to cook at the house. The pool and screened in porch were so lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!
