If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful location, this is the place for you. The view from the pool was amazing and many times we saw dolphins swimming in the area. The pictures accurately portray the condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

If I could give the hosts of this spot more than 5-stars I would! They were very responsive to any messages we sent and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, especially with the bicycles we rented, and the people around the area were very friendly. The place was pristine, comfortable, and had any amenities we needed. If I were staying in the area, I would absolutely book here again!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our first time staying on Marco Island. We had everything we needed and then some. Welcome note, snacks and water as we arrived which was so above and beyond after a long travel day. We walked to the Snook Inn and loved the views and docks. We would absolutely stay here again. Great location, great communication, clean and overall great experience.

We had such a lovely time at this rental. The owners went above and beyond. The unit was well stocked and was very clean. The patio was off the golf course so it was quiet. We did not cook but could have easily done so if needed. They had water and snacks upon our arrival. The parking space was right in front of the unit. Plenty of room to eat, converse, and relax. We would stay here again.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This was our first time using Airbnb so we were not familiar with the process. Matt was amazing and helpful from the beginning to end. Everything that could ever need is already there. House was amazing, well maintained and clean. Nice pool very clean, everyone is friendly and very secured place. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will absolutely be visiting again. Thank you Matt.

Alan was a great host. Very responsive. The furniture was great. Especially for a guy with a bad back. Clean, peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful resort. Workout facility was excellent. We will be coming back.

Staying at Rusty’s this week was like living in paradise. The home was immaculate and offered anything you would ever need. It was a true blessing to be able to enjoy his home.

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The description was very accurate, the property was clean and well maintained, the water view was great and the host was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the location was ideal! It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was clean and beautiful! Upon arrival, there were some stained and sunscreen covered cushions and furniture on the lanai that made us hesitant to sit out there. For the hefty price we paid, we expected cushions and furniture to be clean! The hosts were super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Overall a very nice stay!

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

I loved the house, would have better without the front stairs! I use a walker!

Our stay at Tonya’s place was perfect! The location was top notch! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for parking a truck and boat trailer at Tonya’s house. Launching our boat at the Boat Park was fast and easy. The store at the launch had bait, fishing items, and snacks. Goodland also has a fish market. A quaint town with lots of old Florida charm.

Everything Hoot described was perfect. he personally reached out to us prior to check in and also checked in with us throughout the day. He was fantastic and very flexible. The place is exactly as described and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. He is a class act through and through. The kitchen was stocked with leftover amenities from other guests, which made it easy. I would recommend not going to the store unless you absolutely need to get something until you see what is there to use. Thank you to all the previous renters for sharing their goodies that were not needed at the end of their stay. Excellent Host!

Our stay was so nice at Tom's and Ann's place. It is right next to a Marina where we took a beautiful lunch cruise, and took a two hour jet ski tour. There is the Dolphin Tiki bar there as well, where we had dinner. I highly recommend this place! Also there is a fantastic thrift store down the road which we enjoyed visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Bill and Kelly's place was fantastic and just as described. Everything was clean and the beds were plush and comfortable, including the trundle. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers were great to have. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Also, no problem finding a poolside chair any day (even during spring break!) which was really nice. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and pre-arrival and departure instructions were very clear. This was our first time to Marco Island and we would 100% rebook with Bill and Kelly next time we visit.

Everything was just as described. Mark was quick to reply to questions.

Our stay at Autumn's place was a 10 - it was even better than the pictures! It's 3 minute walk to the beach and has lovely lania to drink coffee and watch the sunsets. The sofas in the living room were 4 recliners - those were a huge hit! Lots of beach stuff provided in the storage locker - chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicole’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was clean and had just the right space. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, even beach towels! We loved the walkable area to several restaurants, loved the Gypsy Isle (local favorite)! We utilized the dock in the morning with our coffee etc. The neighbors were very friendly. The area was quiet. All was perfect, we would stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect and very well designed. We love how quiet it was plus all the neighbors were super friendly about. One of my favorite part was there’s a pop-up market on Tuesdays and Thursdays in walking distance. We enjoyed lovers key in Bonita Springs. I could not be happier with the place that we stayed in.
