Cologno Monzese : locations de villas de vacances

Iride was extremely responsive before and during our stay, proving my husband and I recommendations for taxis and take away dinners. Her home was exactly as described and the view was stunning despite us staying on a particularly rainy weekend. The only downside was the hill that the home is located on. The walk down the hill is a little frightening as there are long stretches without a sidewalk and a lot of blind corners. We ended up taxiing most of our time there but it is possible to walk to town, just be careful of the cars! The view made it worth it for us though!

l Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa bellissima casa per un weekend e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza eccezionale! La posizione è perfetta, tranquilla ma vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. L’appartamento era pulito, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, proprio come descritto nell’annuncio. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia visitare la città e vivere un’esperienza autentica e rilassante. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

Logement spacieux et confortable. Plusieurs salles de bain et toilettes et le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Sergio nous a mis du café et des boissons à disposition. La station de métro est à 10’ du logement et il est possible de faire ses courses dans un petit carrefour en face d’une pasticceria excellente. Je recommande pour un groupe ou une famille nombreuse.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Das ein und auschecken war ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen ist die Vermieterin immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

The house was as described. He allowed us to put our suitcases in early. I liked him and his house very much. I recommend it.

très bon séjour professionnel dans l'appartement de Mario. Très spacieux et très bien équipé, chaque chambre possède sa douche et son WC. A proximité de Milan en voiture ou transport en commun. Commerces de proximité et supermarché à moins de 600metres. Très bonne communication avec Giuseppe ou Elisa. Nous reviendrons.

Bonjour Laura, Notre séjour chez toi à été probablement notre meilleure expérience BnB. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la magnifique veranda de la maison. Merci beaucoup À bientôt

El apartamento está muy hermoso, súper bien ubicado y Emmanuelle fue muy atenta , siempre al pendiente de nuestros mensajes . Solo el elevador no funcionaba . Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda , estuvimos muy cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos de Milán .

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Carlo was very responsive throughout all parts of the process! We stayed here with 10 people and had a great time, the amenities and the view make this an unforgettable stay

Our stay with our families in the villa was fantastic. We also celebrated our small private wedding there and it was absolutely a dream come true. The villa is very beautiful, the garden is huge and wonderful, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days there. A very special thanks to Luisa, who has supported us during the planning, given necessary contacts, was always available and answered our many questions. We will definitely come back! ❤️

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Villa Vitalba is the perfect place to stay for a group of family and friends and to celebrate a special occasion. To us it was more like a Palace rather than a Villa and we felt like Duke and Countess. Carola and Lorenzo were phenomenal hosts and made us feel at home right away. They helped to organize additional accommodation in the vicinity as well as catering from the nearby La Frasca, provided numerous suggestions what to do in the area and also supplied us with wine from their vineyards. We had the best of times at the Villa and would chose it again without any doubt! Thanks so much, Carola and Lorenzo, for your hospitality, kindness and support!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in & Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Carlo’s home was a great place to stay for a group of 8 during our time in Como. We had ample space for all of us + our stuff. Carlo is also the most responsive host I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with through Airbnb. He was highly communicative, came to pick us up himself when we initially had trouble finding a taxi, and also made sure to arrange luggage service and a car to help drive our luggage to the train station when we left. He also proactively noticed the downstairs bathroom light was coming in and out when he was checking over the home and arranged for someone to come fix it without us saying anything. Overall, Carlo made sure our stay was as smooth as possible! I will say the steps can be cumbersome to climb up if you’ve spent a long day out. Our group consisted of 8 fairly fit people in our early twenties, but even for us after a long day of walking climbing the steps was tiring. Would keep that in mind depending on your plans when staying in Como!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Maison avec piscine absolument magnifique, hôte très accueillant, nous avons passé 2 nuits d'exception dans cette villa. Walle a été de très bon conseil, réactif et attentif à nos demandes (mention spéciale pour le pain, le meilleur d'Italie, parole de français). Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux pour découvrir la région du lac de Côme ✨

We had a great time at Silvia - you only get a glimpse of the place here on Airbnb but the villa and especially the huge pool area is even better in reality. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had the whole place almost to ourself. The fridge with water and prosecco was great! Silvia was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed :) Only the mattress was very soft and might not be the newest, but that wasn‘t a problem for us. You‘ll definately need a car there and it’s a nice starting point for day trips around the area. :)
