What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

Elena could not have been better to us. Her listing, directions and the cleanliness of the apartment were right on point. Everything is there for you while in the walls of Lucca. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. A 50 m d'une supérette. A proximité des restaurants, de la plage et de la gare. Le logement est spacieux, confortable. Andréa est toujours de bons conseils, arrangeant et disponible pour toutes informations sur les cinq terres et les bons restaurants, notamment la pizzeria. nous avons mangé les meilleures pizzas de notre vie.

Beautiful apartment in a tranquil seaside town. Easy walk to the train station. Lovely restaurants very nearby. Very helpful and friendly host.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. Un luogo incantevole per chi adora stare immerso nel verde e nella natura ma allo stesso tempo a due passi da due città meravigliose come Lucca e Pisa. La casa è curata in tutti i dettagli e Gianni è Irina sono stati dei padroni di casa deliziosi. Anche i nostri bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno. Insomma, location super consigliata.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much, especially the large garden area and the well stocked kitchen. The location was an easy walk from the train station and no need to walk up a big hill. It was very well equipped and the host's mother took the time to show us around and allowed us to stow our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, which was much appreciated. For those wary of the tight spiral staircase, the outside stairs were a great alternative. Beds were comfortable - even the bunks!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la piscine était partagée. Ce point aurait dû être précisé avant la réservation. Ceci dit, tout le reste était parfait. La maison est belle, spacieuse, propre. Carla a été très agréable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Un magnifique séjour de 4 jours. l'appartement est parfait avec tout ce que l'on a besoin. on s'y est senti comme à la maison Un glacier juste à côté et autres magasins à proximité. tout à était clair les instructions, les recommandations pour les bateaux et trains pour se rendre au Cinque terre. l'emplacement privé à l'intérieur du bâtiment et juste devant l'appartement c'est un plus non négligeable, pour debaler les valises et quand on a un enfant en bas âge. Host disponibilissimo, l’appartamento è situato vicino alle mura il che lo rendo facilmente raggiungibile anche durante i giorni di fiera del Lucca Comics. Consigliato fino a 6 persone per dimensione, molto bella la terrazza esterna per rilassarsi la sera o far la colazione la mattina.

Wonderful street, almost no car travel. Some lovely shops, bars and restaurants on the street and in many directions, all walkable. Easy walk to the wall, the anfiteatro, the cathedral etc. Beautiful decor, floors and ambiance. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. Comfortable bed and couch.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

My daughter and I stayed a long weekend and absolutely loved the place. It was pristinely clean and was in the perfect location. Literally our two favorite meals for breakfast and dinner were right next door. Perfect location. Great communication. We will 1000% stay here again. Thank you Leandro and family!

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
