Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

We were so glad we booked our long stay apartment at Ravi and Rohini's place. It was a home away from home and we appreciated their kind hospitality and help throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and also well located. The area is nice, safe and near the Crescat Mall and the Galle Face green- ideal for evening walks along the sea front. We couldn't have found a better 'home' in Colombo. Thank you Ravi and Rohini!

Mahesha has a beautiful apartment. It was a pleasure to spend three weeks there. I really enjoyed the place, it was very clean, spacious, secure. you can stay peacefully. bit is a great location, everything close by. You can go around Colombo, easy access. The host was Very nice. I would definitely go back to the place.

Great host and amazing hospitality. Apartment building is of the highest quality in Sri Lanka. Really modern and well built. Great swimming pools, gym and games room. Really worth the money to have these amenities. Apartment itself has big, comfortable beds with nice linen. Lovely big sofa and big dining area. Bedrooms could with some more bedside tables, as there was only two in the whole house (to three beds). Air conditioning worked brilliantly, albeit the one in the main bedroom a bit noisy. Would be very happy to come back - worth every penny.

We were happy to see that the apartment matched with the photos shown. It was ideally located to meet our needs. The living room is spacious and comfortable and we spent many happy hours in this place Nalaka is a friendly and warm host.

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!
