Todo muy bien! muy limpio y cuidado, solo hay un poco de ruido de autos y trailers por la noche por la cercanía con las avenidas principales, pero fuera de ello el lugar es excelente.

Carmen is a great host, and communicating with her was super easy. The apartment has an awesome location, it was clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Clean, quiet, charming apartment in a fabulous location! We stayed for a week in Livia's apartment, as tourists. We were within walking distance of the tourist sites in the historic district, which made it very convenient. It was located in a small hotel with a front desk, so check in and out was simple. The windows didn't overlook the street, but rather small central courtyards which meant it was very quiet. Everything was modern and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Fuimos en plan familiar y nos encontramos con un alojamiento que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Excelente ubicación (a metros del zócalo). Alfonso tuvo comunicación desde el momento que confirmamos la reserva, nos dió muy buenos tips de la zona, su atención fue súper cálida. Definitivamente es un alojamiento para recomendar.

El depa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, Martina siempre fue muy atenta a nuestros mensajes. La zona en general es buena, simplemente es andar con precaución. Para llegar fácilmente por el metro que se encuentra a unas cuadras o a pie desde el Ángel también es cómodo.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

A great place to stay, walking distance to different food options. The place was clean and spacious, and they answered all my questions. Parking is tight but very convenient and accessible. The WiFi connection was not great but i loved everything else. I will come back if im in the area.

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

I originally booked a different spot but so glad I moved to Mario’s place!!! It really made my trip. The location is incredible, especially for a 1st time visit. Condesa is beautiful, bustling but not noisy, very walkable and very dog friendly. It was also quiet at night, I slept like a baby in the king size bed. The apartment is large, modern and very comfortable. I had some trouble with the hot water but Mario responded quickly and sent Vale over to fix it, he’s very friendly and helpful.

Arturo & Diana are great hosts & the space was beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos & it was very spacious & accommodating for my friends & I. The check-in was seamless & the staff in the lobby are super friendly. The apartment is in a great, walkable location. Would definitely stay here again when I go back.

Very easy check in, the guys at the front desk are great. Fernando was very easy to communicate with. The location is great, right across from groceries if you need anything as well. There’s a ton of street food options just down the street, I pretty much had tamales every morning haha. I love coming to Mexico City, so I look forward to staying in this location again.

Excelente alojamiento, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario, súper cerca del lugar al que iba, además de muy accesible a la línea del metro, zona sumamente tranquila y cerca de un parque hermoso. Un agradecimiento a la señora Gina, muy amable y siempre al pendiente de si se necesita algo.

Es una excelente opción para llegar a CDMX, sobre todo por su cercanía al aeropuerto. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con las amenidades necesarias que te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo al 100% por precio, ubicación y accesibilidad. Además, Claudia siempre amable y con instrucciones claras. Volveré a hospedarme con ella!

Titi went above and beyond!! She was always super helpful, friendly and responsive to all our questions and requests with no hesitation. I highly recommend her place, it was clean and peaceful! The best host ever! You will feel like home!

Es una casa muy linda y ámplia. Bastabte cerca a varios transportes públicos de la ciudad. Tiene un supercito a la vuelta, así que si te falta algo puedes comprarlo ahí sin problema. Los guardias también son muy amables. En mi viaje tuve varios contratiempos y el anfitrión fue muy amable y comprensivo conmigo :D

Muy buena atención. El lugar es un poco más pequeño de lo que imaginé, pero tiene todo para tener una estancia cómoda, todo muy limpio y ordenado, además de que está muy bien ubicado.
