Fayetteville Farmhouse near Round Top

This was our second time staying in this charming Farmhouse. We are a group of 8 friends that came for the Antiques Fair in Round Top. We ALL agree that this house is one of the best places that we have stayed. We felt like we were walking into a home decorating magazine. The Farmhouse is sparkling clean. Lori has covered every detail with comfy beds, great linens, numerous towels, spa robes, luxurious bathrooms, wonderful coffee bar and delicious treats from a local bakery. Because this house is so fabulous...we decide to stay in for dinner. We enjoyed cooking together and sharing dinners around the big table and relaxing in the spacious living room. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. We enjoyed each and every second of our three days. If you want to feel spoiled and relax in a clean and comfortable space...this is your place to make memories!

We needed a place to stay for the Spartan race in nearby Cat Springs, TX. We considered staying further away in a larger town, but wanted to be really close to the race site. So glad we found this place in New Ulm. The listing was very accurate and the home has been beautifully maintained. We received clear and great instructions and the home provided us with everything we needed. Also, the location was very peaceful and central to other neighboring towns. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Christy's Place in the New Ulm countryside was wonderful. The guest house was comfortable, cozy and views with many windows were very relaxing. We came during Antique Week so did a lot of shopping in the area and not as much time on the property. Next time we will definitely walk the property trails and sit by their beautiful pond. She was the best host, even providing many varieties of breakfast items and coffees/teas/bottled waters. Temperatures were cool and even the heater worked immediately. We loved watching the birds at the bird feeder at the kitchen table. A cozy and peaceful place to stay. We can't wait to return and relax on the ranch!

The house was great for our girls trip. Glynis was responsive to our questions. I forgot the code one night and messaged her. She immediately walked me thru the process again. So nice of her. The rooms were great and the kitchen was full of anything you might need. Beautiful home. We will be back next year.

M3 Ranch, a place to visit! Close to Round Top TX

M3 was spectacular. We found it last minute when we decided to road trip from FLA to attend Round Top. Luck us there was a cancellation! A small drive from Cat Springs to Round Top but it was very relaxing drive. It was nice to have a beautiful ready to go kitchen for coffee and breakfast in the morning. We also were able to have a mini private tasting of their delicious wines. And yes we bought some to take home. Not only is it a very comfortable place it's also an event space in the winery below and the grounds outside. True Texas at its finest.

This was our 3rd stay at Wisteria Cottage, need i say more??? Christy's place never disappoints, super clean, stocked with everything you need, such a thoughtful host. Hope to return again soon!!!! 5 out of 5 highly recommend!

My wife and I came to Cathy's place on our 25th anniversary, and I honestly have to say we were not disappointed, it was very relaxing. feeding the animals were Relaxing and exciting as well. We were able to enjoy the fireplace, Inside the bedroom. There's a hot tub there on the back patio of the cabin fireplace outside for the night life. my wife and I already made up my mind that we will be back before the end of the year.

We were in town for an event nearby. This was a perfect home base for us to come back to at night, cook a great meal, relax and get a good night sleep. Comfortably fit 5 of us. The kitchen was one of our highlights, but that should not take away from how great the rest of the place was. Tina is a great host, making sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything without being intrusive. If we are back in the area again next year, this place will be our first choice to stay at!

Beautiful house! We enjoyed the large open spaces with plenty of amenities. It was nice that each of the bedrooms had a very large king bed and bathroom, so we all had our on private retreat. The spa was clean, functioned perfectly and the coloured spa lights were a nice touch. Very peaceful, with not a neighbor insight making it very relaxing.

The Moli: Walk to Ice Plant | 15 min to Round Top

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home in the heart of town. My sisters and a few friends stayed here for a Round Top shopping weekend. It was just a short 15 minute drive to the Warrenten/ Round Top area, which made it convenient. The home was so clean, adorably decorated and very accommodating. I would definitely rent this home again.

Our group of ladies enjoyed our stay at the Fayetteville Belle! We were there for Round Top antiques show, which is an easy 15 min drive. The house was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. A wonderful place to return after a day of shopping! The beds are all comfy and plenty of hot water for showers. We also loved the small town of Fayetteville, and you can easily walk to downtown through this lovely neighborhood. We had a wonderful breakfast at Orsak’s cafe and wished we had tried other places there….less crowded and just as good as Round Top. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Hidden Gem: Spacious Countryside Retreat w/ Pool

Great place. The property was great - we didn't get to take advantage of all the property has to offer, must return. Lovely place - the office setup was fantastic to be able to work while on vacation.
