Check in was super easy and the place was beautiful and very well taken care of. Everything was very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and definitely plan on staying again.

Lovely house! Served our needs for accommodating family for the weekend from out of state. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard. Easy access, easy check-in and check out. The host was even flexible when I needed to check in a couple hours earlier. Highly recommended!

Grant was an exceptional host. the airbnb felt like a home away from home while we were having renovations to our house. Gated, quiet neighborhood with great walking paths for the dogs and a nice playground for the kiddo. Backyard chaird were falling apart due to weather and the host replaced them within days. Extremely accomodating with last minute reservations and extensions. Probably the best stay I've had on the app.

We had a wonderful time when we were at the house. We stayed out most of the time but when we were home it was good when am I Las Vegas again. I look forward to renting from them again. They were very nice and helpful. Everything is good

Quaint purple forward house. Some road and pedestrian noise and of course the train is ever present. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't the house for you. If you don't mind some city noise, this is the place for you, a comfortable and convenient home.

Great place near the Grand Canyon, perfect for 2 people to have privacy but share a space at the same time. The heater in the bathroom was amazing

Very beautiful peaceful environment. The vibe was cabin soft comfort. It's not a new or modern in style, but very much feels like what your own vacation cabin might be like. The fairy lights and vines made the jacuzzi area very magical. Check in & out was very simple. Appreciate the host was able to allow an earlier check in for me after I drove so far & arrived early. There was black cat roaming around that I nicknamed Sphinx. Super friendly & just made our visit that much more special. Gratitude 💯

This was our first time visiting Arizona, and showing our grandson around. We loved our stay at Jeff & Angie's place! We'd highly recommend it! Although the living space looked a little bigger in the pictures, it had plenty of room to be comfortable, and lovely outdoor space to hang out. It was well stocked with lots of extras--coffee, pancake mix, condiments--things you don't know you need until you need them. The decor was attractive and functional. The kitchen was super easy to use, the bedding was comfortable and fresh, and the location was quiet and private. Angie was responsive every time I asked a question--I really appreciated that! Thanks Angie & Jeff for all your attention to detail and help finding our way around the Sedona area. You are wonderful hosts!

Great host & hostess! Lovely property! Note that they have multiple suites and live on the premise so there may be others using the yard also. Coffee and a few beverages were provided, there’s a small assortment of seasonings, and cooking oil. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cookwear, note there is no oven in the “cottage” where we stayed, but there is a cook top and microwave. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and laundry detergent - although we had brought our own. Bbq is great, pool is great, large yard. Loved having the citrus trees on site - fresh juicy oranges off the tree and lemons for lemonade. As well as grapefruits. Fridge with ice & water dispenser is a plus too. There’s a good assortment of brochures and recommendations available. Beautiful area to walk, although no street lights so it is very dark after sunset. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this property!

Mostly we needed a place to sleep as we were visiting friends and relatives in the area. It was nice and quiet, bed was comfy, so was the recliner!! And we loved the courtyard -- was a little cool but we came from a cold climate so we still sat out and listened to the birds -- it felt like spring to us!! All the people (volunteers) at this facility were friendly and nice. There were nice areas to walk and we watched a few skydivers -- way in the distance!

leon's place was wonderful, very clean smoke free , wonderful sitting area off the bedrooms in the back yard. He had a grill for outdoor cooking too. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer to do laundry . We would book it again ,if Leon would have us ,if we are ever in that part of AZ again.

Great location, close to the strip. Gated access to the condo units, security on site, very safe. Walkable to the hotels and shops on the strip. Bed was really comfy. Excellent water pressure for shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of towels, and bathroom amenities. WiFi was weak, as was my cell service in the room. Limited number of TV channels, no streaming on the TV. All of the furniture was comfortable. Beautiful floor to ceiling window, but the view was not interesting. Overall, the room is a perfect place to base out of for exploring Las Vegas. Great little cafe located on the first floor- reasonable prices and delicious foods, called “Delights”.

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice two bedrooms with full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the little store within the lobby. Easy checkin and checkout. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Kris was easy to communicate with, and the condo was exactly as featured. Comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. A great location, close to the Old Town. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay, location was great, and was stocked with all you’d need. My only suggestion would be to invest in some hotel style mattresses. They were hard and lumpy, but wasn’t bad for just a few nights. If I had to stay longer it would need something softer. Other than that, it was quite nice!! Thank you for letting us stay!!
