The place was exactly pictured quiet and relaxing near the entrance there pools areas were nice with grills plenty of seating and even an area with hammocks nice gym area as well very responsive slowed me to check in early and check out later loved the place will book again

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

Jays was a great host! The unit was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and neighbors. Enjoy the pools and workout areas. Short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely rent from Jay again.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth the price. We were very comfortable, and the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Easy to find with a dedicated parking space. Check in was easy, apartment is well kept and clean. Good supply for dishes, cooking, cleaning supplies. Stacked washer and dryer worked well. Roku TV worked well. Plenty of windows for sunlight. Manuel and his staff were very responsive during our weeklong stay.

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

This home is located in the mountains in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a quaint home with beautiful antique decor ! The entire house was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This home had more amenities than most air b&b places we have stayed in. There’s also nice seating area outside, for warmer weather. I had planned to do some schoolwork on the computer but pages wouldn’t load due to low speed. However, it is mentioned on the listing. I am just mentioning it here incase you are hoping to get work done via WiFi. Eva & Tina were very kind to give us an early c/in and we really appreciated it. They were very responsive and we have nothing negative to say. We highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Tim’s place was very clean but a bit outdated and could use some touch ups. Thankfully Tim was very responsive and courteous to my questions because there was no instruction book with details but with Tim’s help, we figured it out. Only minor issue we’ve had was the heat was on 55 degrees when we arrived late and it took a bit to heat up the apartment. It was below freezing outside and would have been nice if the heat was on. Fireplace worked great and helped. Overall, the place was neat, clean and a close to all. Tim was very responsive and we had enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

The Jordan Suite is a very special spot in an wonderful location. We instantly felt at home there and really enjoyed being in such a peaceful place that was so close to all the action. I can't imagine a better spot to stay in Sedona!

Such a nice place! The kitchen had all the things I needed, and most importantly, coffee! She had. Keurig and regular pot, with coffee and filters! excellent place, location, and host!

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

Athena's place was great! It truly is a couples' retreat. There's no TV, which is a plus, and plenty of linens if needed. There's a great info book with detailed information about the surrounding areas, broken down by season. And the decor I fell in love with. Thank you for the memorable anniversary.

Such a great place to stay in Sedona! We had a little trouble with parking initially (someone had mistakenly parked in the spot reserved for this AirBnB), Nadezda was super responsive and helped locate the driver quickly and had a space for us to park in the meantime. I really appreciated how quick and responsive she was. The actual AirBnB was even nicer than the pictures! It was so cozy and relaxing. The hot tub was a huge plus as well. Definitely a great addition after a long day of hiking. The location was another major plus. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops which made going out for dinner and drinks super easy. And hiking trails were only a short drive as well. Would definitely stay again, my fiancé and I absolutely loved it!
