Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

If you're considering a stay in Bombay Beach, you (should) already know you're in for a unique and authentic experience. If you're looking for a sterile, characterless hotel room or a cookie-cutter neighborhood, this isn't the place for you. But if you're seeking a place filled with authentic people living life on the road less traveled, you've definitely come to the right place. Uwe and Frauke are not only wonderful and gracious hosts but are also deeply engaged in global and environmental issues—issues that none of us can afford to ignore for much longer. Do yourself a favor and look into what they do, and if they’re available, take the time to sit and chat with them. There’s so much to learn from this place and the people who live here, beyond using it as a backdrop for Insta stories. The stay was comfy and had everything I could have needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

The beautiful location on the creek and cozy studio apartment-style loft were perfect for a snowy weekend getaway. Troy was very communicative and helpful, and we loved meeting the dogs. We can’t wait to come back again when it’s a little sunnier and get in some hikes along the creek!

Erika was a great host! Beautiful home, nice amenities, and peaceful location. She was incredibly responsive and 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

We absolutely enojoyed our stay. Kassandra and Cory are great hosts and their home is really beaufitful (exceeded our expectations!) and clean! We will come back again!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Bombay Beach is a great and unique place and this house was very comfortable and roomy and convenient -- if you want to come her you should -- also Sunny was a super host, very reachable, able to solve anything that came up.

GORGEOUS HOME ! Pictures don’t make it justice. My friends and I felt at home staying here. The beds were comfortable, very clean bathrooms, hot water, and well stocked house. Just like described. I personally really liked the big windows looking at the backyard and the creek next to the house. It was so peaceful to listen to as well. Also, Carin and Jonathan were amazing hosts! They are very attentive and are ready to help with anything. I would love to go back to Sedona and stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

Great place in north Parker! Plenty of space in front of the garage and on the side to park boat or trailer with truck. Real nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The washer and dryer were a plus!! Not bringing home dirty clothes. The beach amenities were convenient! The pool was located right outside the private patio and water was warm!!

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

The condo was in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants, water activities and the bridge. Bryant was quickly responsive to any questions we had.

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

Kory was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The instructions for checkin were great and Kory was flexible, letting us arrive and hour early since the place was ready. We had a small issue while we were there which was quickly resolved and we were offered late checkout for the inconvenience. The location was unbeatable as we were able to walk to the channel and local shops and restaurants. The community was friendly and there was plenty of parking for our boat which we loved. Beds were comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets and pillow. We will definitely plan on staying again on a future trip!
