Wonderful place to stay right in Old Town! Very spacious with a comfortable bed. Definitely intend on staying here next time I am in Scottsdale.

Walter knocked it out of the yard for us on our visit. His availability and communication was awesome. Walter is the real deal with his attention to details of traveler needs. Don't go out to the backyard and the pool area, you won't want to leave. We had a blast getting a chance to wood fire a pizza with his out door pizza oven, amazing. Outdoor cooking area and eating area was spacious and amazing. Plenty of great pool lounges with fitted towels, a great touch. Great neighborhood with plenty of friendly neighbors. This property has it all, pool, hot tub, amazing cooking area outdoor fire place, putting green, tons of indoor and outdoor toys for the kids, and more. Thank you Walter hope to be back next year. We really enjoyed our stay at Bryan’s house. Bryan was very proactive in his communication and set expectations for us upon our stay. Throughout the stay Bryan communicated very well and was very pleasant to work with. Bryan’s house was very clean, the amenities were great and the back yard area was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. We highly recommend Bryan’s house to anyone wanting to visit the phoenix area

Spot was a perfect little getaway and accessible to all of downtown. Hosts were helpful and responsive.

Great stay in Arcadia! This was the perfect place to meet up with friends and spend time together with our families. The location is perfect as it’s super close to many local attractions - the botanical gardens, the zoo, golf, etc… I appreciated how responsive and flexible the hosts were. They even offered suggestions on where to get a birthday cake! Would definitely stay here again.

My group appreciated the location of this house. It was within a short drive or walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The house was clean and ready for us as we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with the cookware and utensils needed to cook at the house. We were appreciative of the washer and dryer as it snowed on us there. The host and co-host were proactive with their communication and polite with communications.

This is our second time at this house and we really love it. Location is awesome, rooms and furniture are comfortable and homey, great back yard and the hosts are so friendly and responsive. Look forward to coming back again in the future!

Ryan’s home is very special. It is like stepping back in time in the best possible way. It is such a fun place to stay with the pool and billiards table. It is in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to everything. We didn’t need to use the guest house but it is designed with as much attention to detail as the main house. Ryan provides Nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful mid century home. Would love to return someday!
