If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Great place to stay and the Hosts went above and beyond!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Kristina is a great host and we’re so thankful for her hospitality. The home is very clean, well decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood; there were plenty of extra amenities available for us in all areas of the house. My son loved the swing set and sand pit in the backyard as well! Our coffee machine wasn’t working and Kristina came within 30 min to hand us a replacement, and we really appreciated that level of reliability! The grocery store is nearby, as well as Walmart/Sam’s club. There was a booster seat, baby gate, pack n play, toddler plates which we all used and made it so much easier to accommodate our kids! Overall we had a wonderful stay and I absolutely trust the level of quality that Kristina provides her guests. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had many extra things that we ended up needing (such as dish soap, disposable razors, seasonings, plenty of dishes, etc.). Also, the hot tub and fire pit were incredible to have, especially in the February weather! Laura was very responsive the entire time. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing views!! We loved this place for our Valentine’s Day mountain getaway. Would definitely recommend to friends and family & would love to visit again. We saw quite a few deer and wildlife in the area during our stay. Very secluded, but not tooooo secluded haha. Overall 4.5/5 experience, only downside was both the propane fire places were not working during our stay, which might have to do with the lack of coverage from the snow on the balcony pit, as for the other one we supposed it also had gotten some snow inside somehow. Other than that, amazing stay. Kelsey had everything you would ever need and more. Always quick responses, very thoughtful amenities, attention to detail, & available for advice with vehicle choices. ♥️ Thank you for making our trip to our favorite state an unforgettable one!

An incredibly comfortable spot in a gorgeous location. Despite being attached to a house, the apartment felt completely private. It was quiet and serene, the perfect little getaway for us. We loved the layout of the place. We were also so grateful for the local recommendations! We haven’t spent much time in the Black Forest area before, but we definitely hope to return to this place again someday!

Even though we ended up staying few hours due to a flight delay, Brian kept in touch and made sure we got what we needed for an easy check in. He was very responsive and kind; instructions were always clear. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer at his place. Thank you Brian!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

We went here for spring break and every one of us four loved it. We thought it was just the nicest little place and Pam was so kind. She texted us before we got there with instructions and made sure we knew to stay hydrated for altitude sickness. We loved it and we had a blast. Two of us are graduating college and this was the best little vacation we could have had

We LOVED this place, and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Hosts are amazing, with impeccable taste. Their designated dog station is perfect for your dogs bathroom needs and location is Prime :)- we would definitely book again.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

Great, cozy place to stay within a short driving distance of everything to do in the CO Springs/Manitou Springs area. Did not expect this place to be in the basement of a house, but it was not an issue for us. Great price, great location, great facility.

It was a beautiful place, quite and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed walking and when we arrive we saw deers outside the house welcoming us to colorado. thank you so much. I'm in love to colorado.

We enjoyed our stay at Pike Peak Ranch in Elk Cabin! It was an incredible view and a very peaceful stay!!

Very cozy and peaceful! The cabin is at the end of a neighborhood, but is very private and secluded. The platform on the rocks in the backyard would be great to sit out on in the summer! The heater provided kept the place warm without needing to build a fire if you didn’t want to.

We had a wonderful visit in our peaceful cabin. We had everything we needed and more. Marlena was a great communicator and made us feel right at home. The place was peaceful and just what my husband, 5 year old, dog & I needed. I would definitely recommend!

Cute, comfy and quiet with beautiful mountain views! Deer in the yard and not far from town. We would definitely stay again. Our kids also enjoyed their stay as well- games in the loft area and playground in the front yard.

This house is located in one of the best spots! It’s only a short 15 minute drive from stores, restaurants, and different outdoor attractions. At the same time it’s in a secluded area, so we truly felt at peace while staying! The home was also very clean and the host was responsive if we needed anything! Would love to stay again!!
