Rebecca's cabin was absolutely adorable. We stayed here the night after our wedding and the area is quiet and secluded, which was perfect of a night of loud music and dancing! Rebecca was super responsive and very friendly throughout the whole trip. We would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

This was our second stay at this location and we love it! We lived in the area for a decade and this house makes us feel like we are home again. Easily walkable to some of our favorite places and a short drive to Manitou Springs or downtown. OCC is a quirky place full of charm and this place is perfect for us. We can’t wait until our next visit!

The host was always quick to respond and very kind. We loved staying at this location, it was the perfect distance from everything -restaurants, grocery stores, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the YMCA that has a lazy river and wave pool, and even a little outdoor playground just a few blocks away. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood the AirBnB is located. This AirBnB was perfect for our little family of 4 and with two toddlers under 6, it was actually pretty childproof (which is always a concern of mine when booking). Plenty of space for the kids to play with just the right amount of cozy so you still get that quality time together. If we ever go back to Colorado, we would absolutely choose to stay here again for all the reasons above!

We enjoyed our stay the same as we did last time we stayed there. It's a perfect little cottage that feels secure in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area. Thank you!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Christopher and the Cozy cottage were great, easy location in and out, great location. Hot tub worked great. For great for two people trying to get away and that want to be next to down town area. But still feel secluded.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying here. The fire was set up when we arrived, a delicious bottle of wine greeted us, and the place was spotless. There's a front porch I don't think I saw in the photos that has a couple of chairs on it, and sitting out there at night was fantastic, despite being below 10°F With the moonlight, we could see the garden of the gods sticking out above the trees if you looked the right direction. We had some deer friends who made camp next to our house and were there for 2 nights with 2 bucks and 3 fawns. The heating worked well despite how cold it was, and the fire had us having to turn down the primary heat! The beds were comfortable, and, as long as we remembered to turn the heat back up as the fire was going down, we were plenty snug in our beds. 10/10 I would stay here again anytime!

Every year for my birthday my husband and I come to Colorado and stay in the middle of the mountains/forrest!! Nicks place was the perfect place for this!! The views are incredible and the home is AMAZING!!! I was hesitant staying at this place because they allow dogs (my husband is allergic to dogs) but all of the blankets the linens everything was pet hair free and clean!! We had absolutely no issues! 10 out of 10 would recommend and 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back!!

We had a great stay! It was a prime location and Katie was super accommodating and helpful. The pillows were a little thin and the space would’ve benefited from a deep clean, but we would definitely come again. Thank you guys! It was also so convenient that there was a washer/drying rack to do our laundry.

I absolutely loved my stay with Frank! He was always quick to respond and super friendly and very attentive if we needed anything. The place overall was beautiful! Perfect for just two people and once we walked in felt very homey. I would recommend staying here 100% and the views were nice. Everything was within a good distance as well.

This cabin was fantastic to stay in. it has great views, comfortable living space, and is located in a fun area with lots to do.

This was a really nice stay for a quick weekend getaway. It’s close to Woodland Park, the bedroom layout upstairs was comfortable and main living area was great for relaxing during the day. It was super convenient having the hot tub and grill right on the deck.

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect tiny house! Stacie, our amazing host, provided everything we needed for a wonderful trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Bills place was great! The tiny house was welcoming and the surroundings were beautiful. Unfortunately there was some construction outside the whole time we were there so parking was a bit annoying. Regardless, Bill was quick to respond to any issues and we had a great time!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at the A-frame for my husband's birthday. We loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings, the beautifully furnished cabin, the fully outfitted kitchen, and all of the thoughtful amenities. We had everything we could possibly need for the weekend and felt so welcomed and cared for! Whitney was a wonderful host and truly went above and beyond to make the weekend special for us. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Easy self check in procedure with clear instructions. Amazing place, really peaceful. The house is cozy and warm! Outside with the hot tub you can relax with a beautiful atmosphere.

Absolute pleasure to stay in Jacquie's place. It was potters located for all the places of interest for us, homey, and tastefully decorated. All the amenities of home.

Great location ; close to grocery and restaurants and attractions.Better yet- it was quiet and safe with great parking. The wifi was reliable. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Appliances were up to date and all worked well. Although there was a tv in every room, we didn’t use them. Rebecca checked in with me and she thoughtfully left plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry supplies and dishwashing pods. It was a great stay. Thanks!

Good communication and location make this place completely worth it. I have to admit the ladder scared me at first to the loft bed but it was definitely a great place to stay!

So cute and cozy! It was a chilly night but the heated blankets on the bed did wonders! And the tub in the private bathhouse was amazing! Highly recommend 🤠

Very relaxing place to stay for a couples get away, it was private and very clean. The A-frame was also not far from places such as Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs if you wanted a litter adventure. For a private and compfy get away I definitely recommend! Beautiful views and vibes and very kind hosts!
