I can’t say enough about this precious Airbnb! My fiancé and myself felt like we were a king and queen for the two days we were there. I had some questions and I got responses immediately. We actually wanna plan to make this a place to go as a yearly engagement, Airbnb! We got engaged that weekend, and I was very surprised! And we felt like we were on our honeymoon. It was very romantic, the views were phenomenal, and we wanted for nothing. They had everything for us that we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Rebecca's cabin was absolutely adorable. We stayed here the night after our wedding and the area is quiet and secluded, which was perfect of a night of loud music and dancing! Rebecca was super responsive and very friendly throughout the whole trip. We would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

Eclectic and cozy, this place was perfect. Even had a working turntable and 1970s vinyl records. So close to the Denver Botanical Gardens. Quiet for good sleeping

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, modern, thoughtful space. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Super comfortable bed. Easy and super quick communication with the host. Highly recommend.

The unit had everything needed for our stay. It was clean , quiet, affordable and in a wonderful neighborhood. Aimee responded to our questions promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was clean and bright, very livable with great proximity to the town of Palisade. To reach the home, we drove through beautiful orchards and wine country. It was a very relaxing location.

Great stay here. I was in town for a conference, and his place was super comfortable. Like being at home. Really nice bed and bathroom. Great location close to the grocery stores.

The bed was amazing, very clean and comfortable. It was a little colder outside so I didn’t use the hot tub but I did look and it was warm and clean as well. There are booklets for all the local things to do. Everything it’s close by. This met all my expectations. I look forward to visiting again in the warmer months .

This was our second time staying here. It's an adorable place that is so centrally located. A very short walk to the shopping and restaurants on Main Street, close to the dog park and hiking trials. Would recommend!

Staying at Katherine’s cottage was perfect for us. My husband and I had a conference at the Broadmoor. This cottage felt closer to the conference center than some of the guests of the resort. Such an easy, short walk to the venue. Not to mention the easy accessibility to the Broadmoor lake for a walk in the morning or evening. Katherine is a real gem. Quick to respond and very thoughtful. The cottage is exactly as it is described. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals and laundry facilities made it super convenient. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are close by so you can stock up. We stayed a few days after the conference ended. There is so much to do in Colorado Springs and Katherine’s cottage is so centrally located that it was quick and easy to get to our excursions. We highly recommend Katherine and Steven’s cottage.

We cannot say enough nice things about Sheri and her place! So much thought and care has been given to make this such a welcoming, peaceful, cozy home away from home! Sheri was proactive with quick clear, helpful and thoughtful instructions. You see evidence of her kindness and attention to detail throughout the house. Every imaginable amenity! Great location! We highly recommend and hope to return ourselves!

Great little Hideaway in Steamboat. Perfect for a couple or single traveler.

They both were very friendly people! Even let my daughters play on their swings. Very beautiful place in walking distance to downtown and also parks. Will be staying here again next time we’re in town !

My husband and I had an incredible stay at the Hawk’s Nest! Beautiful views, peaceful, very comfortable bed, near everything. We will definitely be returning here.

The photos do NOT do justice to the beauty of this location. There are literally thousands of archeological sites in the area and the central location is a dream, especially in the winter when it can get cold at night. You know those real estate photos that make a house look larger? Well, Lynn's photos make the place look smaller. Plenty of space for a couple with a convenient kitchen. The biggest attraction is the radiant in-floor heating in the bathroom. So nice to stand after a shower and feel the warmth moving up from the feet. Got a sense of the outdoors between the wide open space around the cabin where a buck was chasing females for hours one evening. Definitely a beauty and at an great price. Can't beat that.

This place was super cozy and clean. Peter set me up for success with plenty of info. I was traveling without a car, and I found it easy to find and walk to a bus station.

Don’t look any further for houses. This house is perfect. Updated beautiful place and super clean. The views are amazing. We saw deer everyday and some turkeys. Will definitely be staying there again. We slept with the windows open and felt completely safe. It’s about 40minutes from Durango and it’s a beautiful drive!
