Great place, great location. Paid for the parking garage add-on and it was worth it to not have to deal with street parking. The amenities on the 4th floor are awesome- hot tub, nice pool table, work area, shuffle board, etc.

Everything was great, Matt was helpful when we had questions and the unit we rented was awesome! Perfect set-up for what we needed. Great rental and a great host. Thank you for being part of what made our trip great!

Cozy and clean we enjoyed our stay in this unique space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep while we were there. Would stay again if in Montrose in the future.

The studio apartment accommodated 3 people comfortably. Parking lot at our entry was full but we were informed there was more parking on other side of building. We ended up having to park on the street. I liked the furnishings- modern and clean. The sleeper sofa was comfortable.

Being new to the community, this place was very welcoming! It was perfect for what I was needing. Convenient to my office, downtown, and the park.

The house was exactly as advertised, just like the pictures. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Location is very convenient to just about everything, we walked out of the Avalanche game and were in the garage within 10 minutes. Also very convenient access to highways for exploring outside of town, we would absolutely stay again.

This place was amazing. We stayed here for a long weekend for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed and more. The amenities were great and there was so much to do around the house. Everyone felt very comfortable and spread out with how spacious the place was. Also perfect distance near plenty of stores and restaurants as well as near everywhere downtown that we wanted to be. Would happily stay here or book with our hosts again. Thank you for everything!

This was a great place to stay for my week in Colorado! It was a peaceful location near a handful of stores. The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the amenities, definitely including the hot tub! Whenever I travel with a group again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

We had a great stay at Gavin’s place. Plenty of space for our 7 guests, great amenities, and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching severance on the big projector screen in the basement our first night and making a big breakfast one of the mornings. Gavin was very communicative. Would definitely stay at Gavin’s place again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in the house. We were there for a week for our ski trip in Aspen. The place is approximately 40 mins drive to the mountains. The surrounding area is very beautiful with a lot of wildlife. David is a great host. He provided very detailed instructions on how to find the house and how to check in. We accidentally triggered smoke alarm as we tried to grill a steak, David was so considerate and didn’t blame us. All in all, the experience was really great and hopefully we could stay again in the future.

Amazing home from a very responsive and caring host! While I didn’t get to explore and enjoy all the amenities that the house had to offer, it served my needs perfectly. It is a great home for big groups and even for solo work travellers as the house has everything you need to feel relaxed and focused. Thank you for hosting me and will definitely visit again on my next trip to Denver.

Great location in the heart of Breckenridge. It was right next to the quicksilver lift which allows for mid day breaks for lunch easy. The parking was under the building which was great and heated

We had a fantastic spring skiing week at Alec’s apartment. It is a very short walk to the chairlift and to the Main Street of Breckenridge where all the main shops & restaurants are. Kitchen facilities allowed for a good mix of cooking ourselves and eating out. Would highly recommend the condo to other travellers.

Great host and an incredible location. Having spent most winters in this area to ski, my husband and I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Kent's place was perfect for a 3-night stay for my wife and I for some skiing at Breckenridge. Literally steps to the mountain. And we took Kent's recommendation to rent skis from the nearby Christy's, located on the way to the mountain, a few yards from the lift. They store your skis for no additional charge if you're staying in Kent's building, which meant no schlepping skis back and forth - a big plus in my book. It was also convenient to town - no more than a 10-minute walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars. Tons of them. Outdoor jacuzzis were fun, too - and much appreciated after a day's skiing. Oh, and greatly appreciated the Kurig and supplied coffee - even though I didn't drink much because caffeine is frowned upon at altitude! Loved Breckenridge and Kent's place.

The place is exactly as described in the listing and all the other reviews. It's easy to check in/out, indoor easy parking, storage. The shuttle picks up right out front (we never used it). It's a short walk to the gondola even in boots w/ skis and easy to get back and forth when you want to go back out for dinner or a real quick walk to the Wild Plum or Burger Bistro. Super comfy beds!

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The condo had all the nice things about a resort (check in desk, concierge, activity’s daily for children, shuttle, ski-in, out, housekeeping and friendly staff) and the condo was the icing on the cake. So clean and had everything we needed after a long day on the mountain. It even had sugars, spices and everything nice about a vacation in the mountains. The host is so responsive and gave us ideas on places to go in Breckenridge. We loved this city and place and would HIGHLY recommend to any family and friends. We will 1000% come back and stay here!
