Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and place were very neat with a balcony right along a little river and next to a hot tub. Checking in was easy and the hosts were very polite and caring. Also, we were less than five minutes from the center of Estes Park which has so many outdoor activities to participate in and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had a fantastic week skiing Breckenridge - the capacity to ski in and out was amazing. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere you might want to go in town - and then pick you up! Amenities are stellar - everything is as listed. We loved the convenience of being in a serviced unit - the front desk and concierge are super responsive and helpful. The space itself is light filled, very clean and spacious for four even when using the pull-out couch. Grand Timber allowed us to use the amenities before our room was ready and after check-out which enabled us to ski more days. Highly recommend!

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Great stay. Have stayed at the Westin Beaver Creek Villas before. Met all of our expectations. Great place to stay if you are looking for ski in ski out accommodations at Beaver Creek.

Place was great. The pull out couch was even comfortable enough for an adult. I would stay here again.

Was a great spot to stay for a quick ski trip to Keystone. The condo and resort was also great. Plenty of parking and things to do.

Great place to stay in Pagosa! The kids enjoyed the playground and bike path , we enjoyed the close proximity to town, the back patio and the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were spacious and clean!

Staying at the Grand timber Lodge was amazing! Kent was a great host and responded quickly to questions and dealt with issues promptly. Definitely would recommend!

The location was amazing. Right next to the Durango Silverton train station, and very walkable to downtown. Great restaurants close by. Bed was comfy. Nice, hot shower. Included soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Hair dryer. Quiet area.

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff at check in and very helpful all round. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the Hot tub was a bonus! Would love to stay again!

Great stay in a roomy condo with an elevator. Underground parking-which was lovely as it was raining when we arrived. Carts to bring in luggage etc. Clean space. Comfy beds. Kitchen had basic needs. Extra towels for pools/hot tubs. We had everything we needed.

We loved staying here. The location was great and so close to everything in the town. The front desk gal Amy was sweet and gave some good recommendations for restaurants. I loved looking out the window from my bed in the morning and seeing the mountains. We used the balcony to play backgammon and to enjoy a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again, which we hope to visit Durango again someday!
