We loved the place and plan on staying here again when we visit family in High Springs. We are a family of five and were very comfortable in the house with lots of space in the living rooms and bedrooms. The house was very clean withs lots of character. Our morning routine consisted of walking to the Colsie Coffee Shop and Baked Goods ( right next door) for a light breakfast with great coffee. This made for a great start for the day ahead. We loved the location. After a long day, it was easy to walk over to Great Outdoors Restaurant and enjoy a great meal and listen to the live music on the weekends. The house itself is a charming three bedroom home with two separate bathrooms. Large Kitchen and all the appliances you can hope to have when traveling. We highly recommend staying here when visiting High Springs.

Beautiful home with peaceful surroundings. House was spotless clean and beautifully designed. Beds were comfortable and size was perfect for small family. Very close to local springs. Area is very rural so not much selection on restaurants. We are gator alumni so didn’t mind the trek to Gainesville to enjoy a variety restaurant options. Highly recommend if wanting to disconnect from city life,

The Peaceful Cottage accommodations are fitting for simplicity, peace, quiet, and tranquility. The property is full of beautiful mature oak trees. The surrounding airspace is quiet. You'll hear birds, squirrels, and the sound of trees blowing in the wind. The indoor space has large windows that let in plenty of sun and daylight. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable. The main bathroom has a shower stall, sink, and toilet. The shower stall is the size of a small camp shower or small RV. The water pressure is good and the water temperature remains hot. The kitchen is perfect for simple meals, and I found the toaster oven, two electric burners, and microwave to be sufficient for preparing meals. The outdoor space is the perfect place to sit, sip tea, grill, eat, read, relax, and enjoy the fresh air and fire pit. Simple pleasures! Susan is a friendly, personable, and attentive host. Susan responds to messages promptly. She wants her guests to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This is my second stay. It is exactly as listed. The kitchen has great new appliances and anything and everything you would to cook if you desired to do so. The bed was extremely comfortable. It's very quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. Paola is very quick and responsive to text's. If your in the area and need place I highly recommend this Airbnb. You won't be disappointed. Check in check out is easy.

This place was just perfect for our weekend getaway! The cabin itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The setting by the river is so serene. We enjoyed sitting out on the small deck birdwatching and listening to the water. We loved it so much we are already planning to come back this summer!

We loved our stay here in this small Florida town away from crowds but close to the Santa Fe river and a bevy of georgious springs. Really cool older home that has been nicely updated and had lots of everything we needed including coffee and teas (nice touch). The screened front porch is a great place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place that has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway. Bring your hiking shoes, plenty of trails to explore. House and the views from the house are amazing.

This was a wonderful experience. I took my son and he loved it! The hammocks, fire pit and outdoor shower and bath were the coolest! It was the perfect spot to relax and have fun. The town was not too far away with great food and shops and there were so many different springs to explore. Thank you for the amazing memories!!!

Alekseys luxury studio is beautiful! We had a wonderful time, no complaints at all. The place is clean and fully equipped with the amenities listed. The property itself is a fantastic selling point, not to mention its proximity to the springs in the area. The lawn is very nice to walk around and the hammock is a great bonus. The property is surrounded by quiet farmland which was perfect for an evening stroll and stargazing. Aleksey was friendly and gave us good tips and recommendations of what to do in the area. We will definetly come back!

We had the most fabulous time! We will be back to Camp Manatee! So happy we saw manatees on our kayak trip using the kayaks provided.

Amazing hosts. Anything we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Felt safe and comfortable during the duration of our stay. Even helped us to river to float with the kids. My dog had the time of his life running around the open property. If your looking for a relaxing get away in the peace and quiet this is a must!

Had such a great stay at this cabin. We wanted a remote get away and this was the perfect spot. It was so peaceful and quiet. You could listen to the owls put you to sleep at night. The stars were also so visible. The place was clean and had that nostalgic cabin in the woods feel. The porch was super relaxing to have your morning coffee and watch all the wildlife. Also there was a ton of outdoors stuff to do near by. Iris was a great host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
