First we want to say this is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at for the price. If you are looking for a peaceful get away or even a family related vacation this is the place to be! Katie and Dean were amazing ! Couldn’t ask for better host, very fast responses and always there if there was any issues. We were absolutely at peace there, such a beautiful home! We will definitely be back !

The house was very clean, very comfy. It is a quiet neighborhood. The home was stocked and had everything we needed. We felt safe. Would love to visit again!!

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

The Peaceful Cottage accommodations are fitting for simplicity, peace, quiet, and tranquility. The property is full of beautiful mature oak trees. The surrounding airspace is quiet. You'll hear birds, squirrels, and the sound of trees blowing in the wind. The indoor space has large windows that let in plenty of sun and daylight. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable. The main bathroom has a shower stall, sink, and toilet. The shower stall is the size of a small camp shower or small RV. The water pressure is good and the water temperature remains hot. The kitchen is perfect for simple meals, and I found the toaster oven, two electric burners, and microwave to be sufficient for preparing meals. The outdoor space is the perfect place to sit, sip tea, grill, eat, read, relax, and enjoy the fresh air and fire pit. Simple pleasures! Susan is a friendly, personable, and attentive host. Susan responds to messages promptly. She wants her guests to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This is my second stay. It is exactly as listed. The kitchen has great new appliances and anything and everything you would to cook if you desired to do so. The bed was extremely comfortable. It's very quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. Paola is very quick and responsive to text's. If your in the area and need place I highly recommend this Airbnb. You won't be disappointed. Check in check out is easy.

This place was just perfect for our weekend getaway! The cabin itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The setting by the river is so serene. We enjoyed sitting out on the small deck birdwatching and listening to the water. We loved it so much we are already planning to come back this summer!

Great place to stay to get away from busy areas. Central location for some good scuba diving and ending a busy day in the hot tub. The property was in a nice country setting and High Springs delivered great food. The house was perfect and clean. All as described. This is my second time here and I plan on going back next year. Thank you for making the stay a relaxing one in a perfect home.

We loved our stay here in this small Florida town away from crowds but close to the Santa Fe river and a bevy of georgious springs. Really cool older home that has been nicely updated and had lots of everything we needed including coffee and teas (nice touch). The screened front porch is a great place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We felt relaxed and right at home. Justin's place is very clean and spacious. For once when the listing said fully equipped kitchen they meant it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal with. Stove top or oven, you are covered! There are 2 big TVs so you can relax in the living room or bedroom while watching the tube. Justin was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again without question when in the area!

The Lilly has a wonderful Floridian charm, and that means a lot coming from a native Floridian! The interior decor is very tastefully chosen and uniquely designed for the space. My boyfriend and I had visited Ginnie springs all day and we didn’t want to make the long drive back in the same day. We were so happy to have chosen this spot being that it was so close to the historic downtown area. Walkable and convenient! Never heard any noise from the neighbors in the adjoining units either. The tea and coffee provided is a great touch as well. We look forward to staying here again at our next visit to the springs in North Florida!

Absolutely wonderful spot. If you are planning on going into Ginnie, Gilchrist, or any of the other springs in the area this is great spot. We had my boyfriends 4x4 truck with two large kayaks on top and had plenty room to park safely off the street while being walking distance to many great spots for food. Host was incredibly proactive and offered tons of information and recommendations that really helped make our stay easy and stress free! Would totally stay here again!!
