Kimberly is the perfect host! The house was super clean & spacious. Everything we needed for a family holiday weekend. Beds were comfortable and the showers felt amazing!

Chad’s country retreat home was very large and clean. The natural surroundings are gorgeous and just a 10 minute drive away from springs and loads of other fun activities! Definitely would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The large screened-in porch overlooking the river was perfect for morning tea and dining—we spent most of our time there. The house is also in a great location, close to many springs. The hosts were communicative and made the experience seamless. I would definitely return!

We so appreciated the peaceful surroundings, right on the Suwannee River. We brought our canoe and launched it from the property! We used a local outfitter to pick us up downstream. The home is well appointed and comfortable; it also has a large spacious deck, partially covered, that overlooks the river, and is perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon happy hours. Christopher was highly responsive, even months before check-in, he advised us on canoe landings along the river. Recommend bringing bottled water as the fridge doesn’t have a water dispenser. We hope to stay here again next spring! It’s the “real” Florida”!

Good Life River House was exactly how it was described in the listing and overall an amazing experience. Perfect size for our family of 4 and exactly what was needed to escape the city but also be close enough for activities. Pros: *Location (Close to popular springs and Gainesville, peaceful) *Cleanliness *House Amenities (Fire pit, rafts, BBQ, washer/dryer) *Boat Ramp (easy launch site for kayaks or rafts) *Hosts (responsive and nice) Cons: *Boat Ramp (lots of cars/people coming and going and can be noisy) *HWY 41 (noise pollution) Disclaimer: The property warns of poison oak and poison ivy… but do exercise caution if you walk around the backyard or down towards the river as it is present (especially around the hammock hooks) and could spoil your fun.

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

La casa estaba ordenada y limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. si es cierto que la casa tiene detalles que solucionar pero el entorno es tan espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y con un ambiente tranquilo perfecto para relajarse que uno lo deja pasar. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita y sin duda volveríamos. La única mejora sería que la piscina estuviera un poco más limpia, pero en general, todo estuvo excelente. ¡Recomendado!

Colin's place was very peaceful. The house was on the outskirts of Lake City in a quiet neighborhood. My family had a great time. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

This was our second stay at Manatee Ranch. It was as enjoyable as our first. Diane is super quick to respond to any questions. The property was as peaceful and well-maintained as before. Plenty of bicycles, canoes , kayaks, and floats available to use. We came with our grandkids again, and they had an amazing time. On Tuesday we had the entire river to ourselves! We relaxed and took a two hour float down the Itchetucknee and saw all kinds of water fowl, turtles and even a manatee! The camper set up is so easy, and there's plenty of room to pitch tents, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back next year! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We felt relaxed and right at home. Justin's place is very clean and spacious. For once when the listing said fully equipped kitchen they meant it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal with. Stove top or oven, you are covered! There are 2 big TVs so you can relax in the living room or bedroom while watching the tube. Justin was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again without question when in the area!

The place was secluded and quiet. Not far from town but still private. It was clean and had lots of niceties. Appliances were in good workin order. Be aware that the house is really one place separated into two parts. Colleen and her dog live in the other half. You do get a fenced yard but if you’re concerned about dogs, you need to let her know before you go outside, especially if you have dogs that you’re turning loose. Overall, a good sty and I would go back there again.

We had a lovely stay here. We floated the nearby Ichetucknee spring at the state park south entrance it was absolutely beautiful and perfect weather. At the campsite, we used the grill and dock where we fished a little and we spent a lot of time on all the nearby springs as well. We didn’t use the park pass that Jerry provides but now that we are more familiar with the area we probably would if we visit again. We saw the parks on our float.. very nice neighborhood and spots to put in a kayak. This property is private and peaceful.

Great place to stay for access to High Springs. I am only speaking from a cave diving aspect but my future asks would be a place to hang drysuits and other wet diving gear and a check-out time of 11a or 12 instead of 10a.

Another fantastic quick stay at this Airbnb in downtown High Springs! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots, and only a quick drive to the beautiful natural springs. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're here for outdoor adventures or just to enjoy the charming town, this is the perfect place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place! Quiet and secluded from civilization. The house has a great layout and the small fenced back yard is definitely not small. Our old puppy really liked the space and freedom. I would recommend to take food provisions before arriving to the location. Grocery/drug stores are far. AMAZING AMAZING! I want to add that looking at the stars at night was incredible. Kids loved it!
