Antonio and Yoon's place was perfect for our large group and dog. It's a very spacious home that is thoughtfully designed and in a lovely residential community. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, the backyard huge with a large patio and a fire pit. The six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and finished basement gave our group of ten adults more than enough room to both gather together and enjoy time on our own. The location is near wonderful hikes and great restaurants and shops in Athens, Catskill, Hudson, and more. Antonio and Yoon were proactive, friendly, and clear in all communications. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Julia's home was perfect! We all felt right at home, our grand daughter had lots of books, which she loves and other kids toys. The log cabin was more beautiful than pictured and the claw foot tub in the upstairs suite was the icing on the cake.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home on Copake Lake and this stay was even better than the first! We had two families of 5 and found the home to have plenty of space to all come together as well as spaces for quiet time alone. The road to the home was well maintained despite snowy/rainy/icy conditions. It was a breeze to get to and from Catamount ski resort. We cooked all of our meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My kids are now begging to go back during the summer when the lake is not frozen solid. We will definitely recommend this home to others and hope to be back again!

Yellow Door House was a fantastic stay, paired with an even more incredible host. The house itself was well-furnished and clean, with plenty of extra house supplies for us to use. Kathleen was also impeccable as a host, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience; one of our party left behind a water bottle, and she was so accommodating as to ship it back to us. I could not recommend this place more!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay in Athens and the surrounding Hudson and Catskills area. The home was plenty of room for the five of us and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub amenities.

The house is well situated for exploring Hudson, we did a great hike Rips Rock, easy drive. Enjoyed delicious meals in Hudson. We were on the go the whole weekend did not have a chance to enjoy the wood burning fireplace or the fire pit. House is cozy and quiet.

The Salt Box is the perfect place to getaway for a long weekend. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Steven is a great host. Highly recommend.

A truly cozy and thoughtful retreat. This house anticipated every need. The host created such a welcoming, hygge vibe—perfect for relaxation and feeling at home. I felt truly taken care of during my stay. A peaceful, well-thought-out getaway. (The vinyl ready to go was a lovely detail.)

This place was amazing, exactly like the photos. Whatever cleaning service they use is pristine, it felt like everything was brand new out of the box, not even a fuzz or spec in the bathroom or kitchen. I really appreciated that. The backyard is huge, and a nice unexpected surprise. It’s extremely private and dark at night so recommend getting there during daylight. Hudson is less than 20 mins away and there are great little spots like local 111 in the neighborhood. Had a lot of cooking dishware, also very appreciated. Over all absolutely loved my stay and will absolutely be booking again!

Very responsive to messages before arriving and he sent specific check-in details, and met us upon arrival to show us the space. The photos were accurate and we enjoyed our stay. It’s close to Catskill shopping and mountain exploring, and the home is very spacious and relaxing. I accidentally forgot my coat and he called immediately and made arrangements for me to come back to the house and pick it up. I was very appreciative. Thank you!

we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful inviting cozy place. On top of the having most any amenities one can think of, the place is situated at a great place to explore Western Massachusetts from. we got all the help we needed to get around during our stay, places to visit, the better places to eat etc. I will definitely recommend my friend to stay there. thank you much Jill and Steve for creating this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the comfortable feel and all the tasteful touches of this apartment. The view of the landscape, especially the pond in the distance was beautiful. I stayed one night longer than my husband, so I can say that the accommodations are great for one or two, very safe feeling. There are many hikes and walks in Colombia County. My favorite was a long walk around the pristine lake at Taghkanic Lake State Park, a mere 30 minutes down the Taconic. Worth the drive this time of year - very few other people and a beautiful place - highly recommend. Melissa was very easy to reach as necessary and very pleasant at every encounter.

Jonathan's place was exactly what we were looking for in a Hudson retreat. We needed to base ourselves somewhere in the Hudson valley region and the location was perfect. Being less than 10 minutes to the town of Hudson, and 15 to Catskill, it could not have been more convenient. The home itself was pristine and they clearly put a lot of thought into the design as it has been newly renovated. All of the appliances were top of the line (stovetops, technology, sonos speakers etc.). Yet it was still very inviting. The home is stocked with absolutely everything you need. In fact it was one of the best stocked Airbnb's we had ever stayed in, and we've stayed in over 50! Jonathan and his partner live downstairs and were incredibly sweet. They are also very knowledgable about the area and very communicative. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and for extended periods of time, it certainly felt like our own little home away from home.

The space was incredibly cute and cozy, and Janet was so welcoming and very responsive. The views were amazing, and the serene surrounding made it even better. It was a great break from the city. I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely book again!!

This is our second time staying at Austin’s — we feel like it’s become our go-to spot when visiting the area. It’s perfect for us — very comfortable, clean, bright, dog-friendly, and the lake view is incredible!

A beautiful apartment with quiet, peaceful surroundings. I loved looking out the windows and seeing the sheep and goats grazing. Her outdoor cat is very welcoming and friendly. Sophia’s kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, herbs & spices. I felt right at home and wished I could have stayed longer!

This was one of my favorite stays! Great couples getaway and very clean! The hot tub was the best part. Love Max he was super responsive and a great host! Will book here again.

Nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb. The house was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responded right away whenever we had questions or issues with anything. Highly recommend this Airbnb. I hope to come back one day!

About as perfect an AirBnB stay as you can ask for. The hosts instructions and guides are thorough and convenient. The house itself is beautiful and well decorated, not to mention just very comfortable and welcoming. Plus, a view of the lake that we weren't expecting! Plenty to explore in the area as well. Kate was so responsive and kind and made us feel very welcome. The house is full of charm and so cozy. We spent our vacation spread out on comfy couches around the big woodstove. The area is beautiful and peaceful, I loved taking my dog for walks down the road and letting him run around the woods in the backyard. Everything was clear and well communicated and we felt right at home. Thank you Kate!

This place was exactly what our family and friends were looking for. It was nice that the house had its own long driveway and wasn't on top or near other houses. You can see other houses from inside, but just hanging out in the backspace was very peaceful and private. This place doesn't have that typical Airbnb smell, the smell of a long vacated house. Felt very much like home the entire time we were there. Open space for everyone to hang out inside and had all the amenities including washer/dryer. Would definitely book again.

What a great space! My wife and I stayed two nights for a quick getaway and were not disappointed. The open floor plan on the main floor was as ideal for preparing and enjoying meals as it was for simply sitting and reading a book while reflecting out the large windows into the forest beyond. The skylit bedrooms invited in nature while keeping the snow and rain a safe distance away. The baseboard heat was sufficient to heat the space but the wood stove was a nice addition to create extra warmth and add to the rustic ambience. Not mentioned in the listing, but worth noting are two small waterfalls within a mile walk of the property. Both were worth an afternoon stroll down quiet country roads.
