Great stay and so close to Knoebels. Very clean and the photos were an accurate depiction of the place. It had everything we needed for our stay. Peaceful location that was set back from the road. There is a coffee shop next door that we really enjoyed. Owners were responsive and friendly.

Half-a-haven is a delightful place to stay. It is relatively close to Danville, Bloomsburg, Sunbury, Shamokin Dam and, for those with the inclination, Knoebels. We stayed for about 6 weeks and found that it served our purposes well. The interior design is classic and matches the period for the house. Brenda always communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and ensured that any activities such as removing the window air conditioner was done at a time suitable to us and her. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

We loved this place. It was more than enough space for us (five adults) and it’s in a great location (quiet yet close to everything). Very clean and comfortable and the host was very communicative. We really felt that they wanted to be certain we were enjoying our stay. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again on our next trip back home!

We spent three nights here celebrating a birthday! The home is even more lovely than expected. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the steam shower and comfortable beds. Plenty of space - even more than we really needed, but we loved it. They did an amazing job updating an 1850's house with all the modern amenities, while still maintaining some of the comforts of an old home like the cast iron radiators, which kept it really warm. All in all, we loved this place and would enjoy coming back again. Thank you!

We found this place after out-growing our usual cabin. There is SO MUCH room, both inside and out--and it's all beautiful, inside and out. The kids had fun playing on the huge yard, we had a great bonfire in the fire pit, and had plenty of space to use inside. Speaking of inside, it was all very clean and updated. All the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

While the listing for this property checked all the boxes, it really exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will ever need, there were an abundance of blankets, throws, towels, washcloths, and toiletries! Our party of eight had plenty of room throughout the house and especially the great room. The beds were very comfortable, too. The property is spectacular, with a shaded deck with tables, chairs, and fire pit in the lawn area overlooking two pristine ponds with Adirondack chairs around the fire pit with an endless supply of wood. And lastly, Tim & April were the most friendly hosts we’ve ever experienced. We can’t say enough good things about the property and Tim & April! We’ll definitely be returning!

I had a great stay at Dean’s Airbnb! The house was very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, from toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a restful stay. The only downside was that we couldn’t utilize the entire space, as some rooms were off-limits, but it still worked out fine for our group. Additionally, during the winter months, the driveway can get very icy. We had a few slips and falls, but thankfully, everyone was okay. I’d highly recommend ensuring the driveway is properly salted and that extra salt is provided for guests during icy weather. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
