The house met our expectations and allowed us to visit, play, and eat together as well as swim and sleep at night. The Katy Trail area is beautiful and inviting, especially for those like us who like to be outside and enjoy surroundings.

Great place and area to stay in. Beautiful home ready with appliances and a touchscreen fridge our girls were absolutely ecstatic over. The neighborhood is very cute and neighbors super nice! Everything is about 15 min away!

Derek was a fantastic host, with excellent almost instant communication ! The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Check In and Check out were easy and quick. The house is beautifully maintained and in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but not far from shops and restaurants. Inside the house is spotless ,yet incredibly comfortable and cosy. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and had all the amenities you would need.The hosts were extremely thoughtful , even leaving dog food, treats and dog bowls ! They also left a delightful welcome gift for us of sparkling wine and delicious snacks ! Derek couldn’t have been a more hospitable host ! Nothing was too much trouble. Since it was Christmas, they even had beautiful decorations throughout the home and had set up and decorated a huge Christmas tree for us ! Their hospitality was amazing ! We enjoyed our Christmas and New Years at Derek’s house and would highly recommend staying here ! 5 Stars !

Me and my friend stayed here for a little getaway, and it was so relaxing and exciting. from the dogs and cats to the wonderful hot tub, we loved every minute of it!

This is a hidden jewel! It was like going back in time to grandmas house in many ways. Super comfy, everything we needed was there. Outdoor kitchen and firepit with furnished wood was a plus. Jack was very accommodating and quick to respond. Not far from restaurants or Columbia. Hope to re-visit! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING!! The property was absolutely beautiful and the house was emaculate! Anything you could possible need was available! I have never been to a rental that was so accommodating. Every single detail was thought of!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We stopped here on our way down from Columbia, Mo. To say we were satisfied is an understatement! Erin was so sweet and extremely responsive. We absolutely adored the cute farmhouse overlooking an entire beautiful plot of land with what looks like a tree orchard right before “Weaver Lane” (which is one of the many places you can visit on their trails). Between 170 acres it’s the perfect place to get in a nice hike with your furry friends/family as well! It was so beautiful out here and we will definitely make our way back!

Melissa accommodated a late booking request when I moved here and found out my apartment wasn’t ready yet. She immediately sent me check in instructions and a door code! Beds were comfy, place was clean, and extra blankets were provided just in case we got cold. Off street parking was available and I felt very safe. Spices and kitchenware was provided with everything I would ever need. Thank you Melissa!

This was a great stay for us and close to State Tech where we were visiting. House was clean and the views were gorgeous. Keith was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hobo Hill. The house is beautiful! My friends and I spent some time attempting to chat with the unseen residents of the house but really only received a response once we started playing games on the third floor. We never felt unsafe and are likely to visit again. Thank you for opening your house up for people to enjoy!

I really love the place it was soo nice n clean n I love tht the neighborhood was soo quiet I’ll be back to stay again 😌. It was worth the money I spent.

This was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was at the house. It was decorated so cute, also. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but we were able to get to restaurants, etc. within fifteen minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was great. Tara fit us in at the very last minute as our original stay had a pipe burst and the owners had to cancel. Tara's house was in a great location, super clean and comfy and beautiful inside and out. We got to watch deer most of the evening roaming in the backyard

Shawn & Betsy provided detailed instructions about how to find the house, which was important because maps apps don’t get you there. They were both proactive and responsive. The house was exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 5. Great hosts!

We had a wonderful holiday at Karyn’s! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make my family comfortable and entertained during our stay. We enjoyed all the farm animals and quiet setting. The kitchen was well stocked for our Thanksgiving dinner and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend!

I woke up in the morning to a slow drizzle of rain and an owl hooting in the distance. I’ve not felt this relaxed and peaceful in a very long time. The house is gorgeous with everything we needed. Many thanks!

We enjoyed our stay! House is beautiful next to the river and train tracks. Beautiful place to walk around! Andrew was very accommodating and quick to respond to me when we needed something. We will stay here again!
