Perfect for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and in a great location near everything. Will look to stay here again in the future

The host went above and beyond to accommodate and take care of us with out even us asking. They asked who all would be staying at the beginning and we mentioned our 10 month son. When we arrived they had a baby bath tub, toys, and other things for kids his age. It was beyond thoughtful and we appreciated them going the extra mile. Hope to stay again next time in COMO!

My stay at Caitlin’s was lovely! Her place is cute and thoughtfully appointed. Ideal distance from downtown COMO and Mizzou campus. Very quiet spot, cheery artwork throughout the space. I came by myself, but it would be a great place for a small family, including pets.

This was the perfect location for my family (very close to walmart and restaurants). The home had everything we needed and more, my kids enjoyed the playroom and tent in the basement. We walked down the street to the playground and pavilion area to enjoy the weather. Paula was a great host, all details and expectations were very clear. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Ed and Yang’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was taken care of, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities. The location was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere made it even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better stay. I’ve only stayed at a few air bnbs, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Kirsten was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. She left us a binder with info on how to use each appliance and other amenities and recommendations at and around the house. (Nothing tricky, but very useful). It was great to have a big kitchen to cook meals in along with a gas grill on the deck with chairs and patio furniture ready for peaceful dinners outside. The location is very private with wildlife all over, yet only minutes from anywhere in Columbia. You could tell this is someone’s home not just an empty rental unit. She has everything you’d need or want there and only a text away if you have any questions. This will be the first place I look for on future trips to Columbia. If you enjoy watching deer with your morning coffee or after dinner drink with a fire on the porch, while only minutes from Mizzou, this is the place for you. Me and my extended family stayed at this location for two nights while visiting Columbia. The place is easy to find and is just a few blocks from amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the house is clean and comfortable. If everything works out we will look to book this property again next year. Thank you,

Where to start. We wanted a quick peaceful getaway from the city and this home did not disappoint. From the moment I booked Marcia was SUPER responsive. Friendly personable and downright like I had known her all of my life. I had booked same day, and she responded right away settled my booking and offered many great places and things to do in the Rocheport area. She even let me know that the A frame on the Bluff was opening that day (and even described where I could find a warm cozy blanket to take with us if we got cold) The second we drove up to the house we were amazed how quaint and cute it was. It was like stepping back in time to a beautiful house of antiques and rich wood furnishings. Lots of thought on comfort and the right number of updates but also keeping the rich feel of a house that is over 100 years old. Great outdoor space with fire pit and hot tub. We didn't want to leave. This will not be our last time here enjoying the atmosphere inclu homemade cookies!

It’s was a great stay . Jane accommodated me on a short notice and the transition went very smoothly.

This was a very comfortable and EXTREMELY clean place to stay for a week. They had all I needed to make myself a couple of meals and all of the tools needed to do so. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice and easy walk to the art walk, downtown and the university. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay - apt was very clean and had everything I needed - I was here for a month long hospital rotation. During the first week the thermostat was out, they responded very fast and had it fixed by the following day and even brought heater dishes over to keep me warm in the meantime which was very nice. Highly recommend staying here and plan on it again the next time I’m visiting Columbia!!

Wonderful place to stay for my visit to Columbia. The views of the city lights and horses in the pasture were peaceful and nice. Lovely patio area was beautifully lit and comfortable. The home was just like home: comfortable bed, nice fireplace, large eat-in kitchen. My hosts were so gracious and wonderful!

Nothing bad to say and five stars all the way around. She was an amazing host. The property was exactly as described and it was quiet, peaceful and clean. Very comfy bed very gracious host who is extremely flexible and accommodating. Very responsive to messages and I would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat.
