We had a great stay at Nick's place! It was exactly what we needed for the week where several of us came in from different states. Nicks place was dog friendly and we really appreciated that! Check in and out was easy and communication was great! Definitely recommend!

Lauren's cottage was perfect for our needs. Quaint, spacious for 3 of us, and very clean. We were visiting family nearby, and the cottage was a much better value and more comfortable & convenient than Franklin hotels. Lauren and Kamron anticipated our needs and were quick to respond, they were excellent hosts. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location for our needs. Fenced in back yard for the dog is great. Very responsive host.

We had a great stay at Butch's cabin! The cabin was in a great location and walkable to Leiper's Fork shops and restaurants. It was clean, organized and well appointed. It was perfect for our long weekend getaway!

We loved the classy, quiet community around the home, and fully enjoyed the gorgeous home! The walking path near the house was so nice! We hiked there quite a few times. Such a wonderful place. We are so thankful for everything and loved our vacation there!

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do justice. I came with a six person family and we all felt very at home. The place is very clean and they made all the appropriate renovations needed to make you feel comfortable. The snacks they have out are surprisingly helpful when you arrive not having gone to the grocery. I’ve never stayed at a ‘permanent home’ Airbnb but my family loved ‘learning’ about the residence by viewing their photos. The host was EXTREMELY responsive so that will not be an issue. The only downside is the actual beds. It was not an issue for us because we are easy going but there were air mattresses and the king bed sinks in the middle. Overall wonderful stay!!

We loved our stay here. Quiet neighborhood. Using Google maps it's very easy to find the home. Felt safe the entire time we were there. Check in and check out is easy. Inside of the home is welcoming, comfortable, and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This was a great little space. It is conveniently located. Marida is a very helpful host. I would definitely recommend this space.

Can’t say enough good things. Loved everything about our stay and we will be moving to the area so we will definitely book this for visiting family and friends. Michelle goes above and beyond. She really cares and it shows. She responds quickly and kindly to any message or request. This place is so cute and cozy, clean and comfortable. The beds are fantastic!! Pillows, sheets, plenty of blanket options. The whole place has everything one could need. And great water pressure for showers and dishes. Sitting on the front porch was so relaxing. We watched all the cute birds entertain us. We didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay, we had a nice fire and the cool rainy night. Very nice. Will visit again.

Meagan and her family were incredible hosts - very accommodating and flexible, always a quick response and communicative, and proactive in making sure we had the best stay possible. The location itself was perfect for us - easy access to Franklin by foot or car, and just off a main thoroughfare that let us drive easily to anywhere we wanted to go in Williamson County. The apartment itself was immaculate, very beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great hosts, excellent location, lovely stay!

Very cute place to stay and Lizbeth was a great host! Hot tub was super enjoyable!

We love staying at Edy’s farm. It’s our third time! We love the peaceful surroundings, farm animals, close proximity to Sarah Benson Park, Leipers Fork, and Circa restaurant. Edy and Chris are great hosts. Highly recommend!!

I’ve stayed in all three units at this house, and the Loft is my favorite. Cozy two bedroom with great light, walking distance from downtown. I look forward to my next stay at the Loft!

Very clean and modern . I was taking my son to tour Vanderbilt and this place was only 15 minutes from the campus and much less expensive than staying in downtown Nashville . Parking was large enough to accommodate my large truck .

Spacious and clean. Large kitchen that has all the tools you need. Hostess is very friendly and allowed early check-in and late checkout. 10 min to airport and the local lake. Highly recommended!!

The location and accommodations were comfortable and convenient. It was the perfect space for what I needed for the weekend visit with my daughter who goes to Lipscomb. I will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this home with our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space and privacy. We also had plenty of space to do things together. The home is well equipped and well situated. Thanks for a great weekend!
