this is hands down the best place to come to when I am off from work and spending time with the kids, perfect scenery, relaxing and a wonderful experience. the kids love it as well and enjoy all the animals too. Mr. Larry is hands down the best host somebody could ask for!! thank you again, we really enjoyed it once again.

This was my absolute favorite place I’ve ever stayed at, and I stay at many! Unbelievably private and beautiful little hidden gem! Sad to go really. The place is great, very peaceful and had many extras that a lot of places don’t consider.

Had such an amazing time. The space was so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. I loved how quiet it was and everyone was so friendly. Mike and Carly were so responsive even with me and my partner coming in so late. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and felt new. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was incredibly convenient for our event just up the room. The home had plenty of space, which was a major plus. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you’d need to cook—though our biggest "cooking" adventure was reheating pizza and pouring cereal. Overall, a five-star experience with absolutely no complaints. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-kept home in the area.

Debra’s home was convenient to all of the amenities. Very comfortable and neat home. Finally, Debra and her co-host were very responsive and accommodating

My family and I had a wonderful stay @ DOWN TIME, it was a great location, plenty of space, the beds were sooo comfy and the themed rooms were cute, the back yard is nicely furnished giving us great ideas for our next visit when it’s warmer! Our new home away from home🌻🌻🌻

Great deal! We didn’t know what all we would need . Visiting a half - sibling and his family that we didn’t know we had . Ended up not needing the kitchen but for the price we couldn’t pass it up. Was outdated, but everything was clean and workable. It was quiet and pleasant for what we needed it for. Instructions for check-in and check-out were great. Only complaint would be the one mattress in one of the bedrooms was not to our liking. We had brought a memory foam with us just for that reason just in case. The other mattress was great.

My Family and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location very relaxing. We are relocating to the area along with my Father Inlaw. Definitely will stay again if we need to during our move. Elisa was very helpful with allowing us to check in early which was a huge help. If you want a relaxing lake home to kick back and enjoy with your family this is your choice.

Donnie's place was perfect! very peaceful with a beautiful open kitchen. The bathrooms are spa-like. I really enjoyed my time in Lake Waccamaw and will be booking another stay with this host again.

Ray's place was EXACTLY what we were looking for when we booked for a wedding in Delco. There is lots of room, but it felt quite cozy. The small, thoughtful details throughout the house makes this place shine! We loved the front porch and back deck were great. Thanks for the great stay!
