It was a good and peaceful stay at the apartment which is in a gated society. Mr Shashank was a responsive and friendly host. The onsite caretaker/manager was also very helpful. Bonus was the clubhouse amenities such as pool, gym, snooker, etc. It was well maintained. This place is also close to the Dabolim Airport.

We spend 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also it got refreshed regularly. The communication was always smooth and we really appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out. The position is excellent, walking distance both to the beach and to the happening Benaulim beach road with many restaurants, cafè and shops. The property is beautifully maintained.

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

Very good view, comfortable stay, value for money

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Carmona, South Goa! The location was perfect—close to serene beaches, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The place itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The thing I miss the most after coming back from Goa is the stay! It was perfect for my friends and me. We were impressed with all the pintresty things done in the house like the little stickers on the switches that identifies exactly what the switch is for. We love Bob & Kevin (outdoor plants) who had plenty of drinks thanks to the rain. The place was peaceful and not to mention Nimish as a host was extremely sweet, welcoming and did an absolute fantastic job at maintaining the place, from cleaning it every alternate day to changing the sheets himself. We loved the stay and the host to such an extent that we don't have to look elsewhere when visiting Goa again! Thank you Nimish ❤️

The apartment was super clean, well furnished and at a great location. A nice functional kitchen with necessary condiments .The host, Cheryl, was very friendly and clear with all the instructions for a seamless and hassle free stay. I would highly recommend this stay.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

I had a pleasant stay at Ritu’s terrace view studio apartment. This place is right behind Southern Deck & has easy access to Benaulim beach. This is my second time at Costas Montage & first time at Ritu’s place. Highly recommend this to even solo female travellers. Great community, well maintained & amazing surroundings too.

Avinash’s place is a great find for families. It has everything that one would need to stay with a toddler. Beach and markets are nearby and Avinash as a host is super helpful and responsive. The place is also very nicely furnished and located in a society which adds to the safety. The society also had people from other countries which made interactions very rich. Definitely recommend

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

I had an exceptional stay at the Mistral! The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.
