One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

We had an amazing stay for 6 days... both Bharath and Manoj were very helpful and responsive. Location: The Villa is located at the perfect spot. Very close to beach and also to all other amenities. 2 great restaurants and general store at the community gate, 2 super markets within walking distance, and all the shopping and more restaurants you want on the same street. Food deliveries were very quick due to the location. Villa: Beautiful community, peaceful and quiet. Villa was spotless clean, no clutter, better than the photos, very comfortable stay. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, and basic groceries for cooking were already arranged by the hosts. Hosts: Superb Hosts. I was traveling with a small kid and 3 elders. Very responsive and helpful with contacts for cab, self drive cars, and recommendations. They made sure to check in with us daily will definitely make it a go-to option for our next visit. We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently for three nights. If I had to describe it in three words I would say Cozy, Clean and Comfortable but I’ll write a little more 😉The place is lovely. We were a group of ten and we didn’t have to fight for a bed, there were plenty as the place is super spacious . Extra points for no wait time for hot water, if you’re one of those people that likes a warm shower even if its boiling outside (like me). The beach is really close by and its one of those quiet ones, perfect for a sunset stroll. All the good restaurants are also within ~10kms . Kurt was an amazing host and was very responsive and friendly with every query we had even before we reached the property and also after. Kudos to Kurt. Once we reached the place, Kurt’s mum helped us with the check-in and suggested us some places we could go visit . What truly stood out was that she was always just a message away and helped us with everything we needed :) Highly recommend!!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

This is a villa inside a gated community. the place was quaint, clean and spacious. there was a fully functional kitchen, clean washrooms and useful amenities. the linen was clean, towels and toiletries were available. the checkin was easy. we didn't get to use the pool as time was short. there is a very good restaurant (The cargo) nearby within the locality where they seve nice breakfast. there's also a bar (sogo), which we didn't try out. the host suggested a place to rent a self drive car which made our entire trip easy. if you have a car or two wheeler exploring south goa easy. overall would definitely recommend the place to anyone who want to explore south goa.

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Carmona, South Goa! The location was perfect—close to serene beaches, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The place itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb, conveniently located near the airport—perfect for our one-night stopover. We had a wonderful stay at Shushank’s place.. I was travelling with my infant and toddler. The place is 7 to 10 minutes walking distance from carmona beach,2 minutes drive to a market on carmona road , 7 minutes drive to Varca market (where you get fresh vegetables, groceries and nearly everything is available), 15 minutes drive to umiya Mercado mall. There is a small shop just around the corner where you get basic goods . You can order food on Zomato also. Bathrooms are clean but in need of an update. The best part of the place was the 55inches tv with jbl speaker, fully functional kitchen and location

Fantastic apartment & host! Berty's place is ideal for staying in Colva, particularly for a longer period. REALLY well equipped with just about anything you can think of > fridge, gas hob, water purifier, washing machine, smart TV. It has good AC and hot water. It was all the other small touches as well - needles/ thread, 1st aid kit, liquid for the washing machine, condiments in the kitchen, a few drinks and snacks, hair dryer, iron, spare pillows/ blankets. Cleaner comes every few days. The apartment has a good sized, clean pool and a decent gym with few cardio machines, basic free weights, multi-machine. Location is just a five mins walk to the beach and far enough back so it is always quiet and calm. 3 mins to a small shop,10 mins walk to our favourite cafe (Baytree), 15 to our favourite beach shack (Pinacolada). Berty is a fantastic host. Always on the other end of the phone & happy to help with anything you need. He put up with our frequent change in plans without complaint!

The place felt the perfect house to live in Goa with your family or friends and our experience was nothing short of amazing, comfortable, fun, peaceful and beautiful! Sid was super helpful, very responsive and definitely a SUPER HOST! Our stay made our trip even more memorable. Lastly, it’s a place I would want to go back to and if you’re in Goa, I would recommend staying here because it’s so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and beautiful! Bonus points for it being in a Resort so full time CCTV surveillance and guards at all times makes it feel safer and secure.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.
