This is a 6 star property. Exactly as the pictures. If you looking for a serene, peaceful stay, villa praia is the place for you. I had stayed with my pet and the place is an absolute blessing for them. Lots of space within the property to roam and play. The beach is 4 mins walk from the property. The area is well lit and lots of places to eat and go out in an around the area. Lourio is a fantastic host, very responsive, very proactive. Not the forget Ranjit, the housekeeper, he was just a phone call away, very polite and helpful. Treat this place like your own and you will have a great time.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay. The caretaker Vidya was extremely sweet and helpful. Clean and tiny place with all the amenities.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

This place was perfect for us to chill near Benaulim beach and also to do our remote work. The location is great, a walking distance from the beach and if you have a scooter you can get to the center in no time. Many good restaurants, beach bars, and massage clinics nearby. The internet is quite fast and reliable most of the time, which was a necessity for us. The location is private since the apartment is in a big resort. it's definitely very calm and you can sleep well here. We wish we could stay longer here. If we come back to Benaulim, we'll consider this place for a longer time for sure.

Amazing location and stay, Rohit made sure we won't have any issues during our stay every service was on time. if you are planning to goa then it's a worth place to stay.

We were a group of 5 people who stayed. It was quite enjoyable having the entire villa. Space was clean. Everything we didn't have in our last Airbnb was there. Clean and new furniture with clean sheets. Clean Bathrooms and clean kitchen. It was a relief to check in in this place after checking out from the last one. Position of washing machine can be improved, all of us banged our head into the staircase trying to operate it. And, a tap can be provided near the entrance to wash of sand. We put a bucket of water outside, as we wanted to keep the place clean. If I ever have to be in Colva, I will definitely consider this place. A property run by individuals, who provide personal touch to their place are better than company run Airbnbs. We had a horrible experience staying in such place. I wish Amit and Vinita a very good luck. Thank you for great three days.

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

beautiful property, safe and best part is all amenities are provided necessary for family stay. host Onkar is very helpful and quick responsive. Colva beach is on walkable distance. In my nutshell, this property is better than any 3 star or 4 star hotel stay.

The very first thing I want to speak about Shaeen’s place is the magnificent view from the balcony. The view is so soothing and peaceful. Shaeen is such a wonderful host, both Shaeen and caretaker Mr.Deepak were always available for our queries and requests which made our stay experience so much better. The property was very neat and clean and had all the amenities mentioned. Shaeen and her family also gave a visit to us during our stay to ensure things are okay, which is such a nice gesture :) I would recommend everyone to book this stay without any hesitation. It’s definitely worth the every penny you pay.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful, well maintained property, caretaker was very helpful throughout the stay. Sweeny was very responsive, helped with all queries. There are many residential places & hotels around, so no security concerns as such. There is a restaurant just 400 km away + Food delivery was also smooth from Panjim & nearby places.

Very happy with our stay. We were a family of 4 - having our own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and pool were perfect for our needs. Nice and clean. Thanks for arranging the cab to collect us from the airport. Miliana and the property manager were responsive. Happy to return. Apartment is only 5-10 min walk to the beach with plenty of beach shacks. Friendly locals in this nice quiet village. Great location right on the river and a short walk to the beach. The place has 3 bedrooms and is fully furnished. It’s squeaky clean and the caretaker Inder is very polite and responsive. Swiggy and Zomato deliver here as well in case you don’t want to cook yourself. Ideal place for 4-6 people.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. Lovely location at Luisa by the Sea. Beautiful gardens and river view from the villa. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, patio and east facing garden. Cleaning service 4/5 days a week with beach and bath towels provided. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Traditional decor in need of a little updating and the master bedroom could do with the addition of a wardrobe or more wall hooks for hanging space. We had a lovely stay. So much so we have booked to stay again. The host, Vikas, was very helpful with all our requests and enquiries.

However, it's worth mentioning that while there were nearby grocery options, a lack of a supermarket might be a consideration for those planning an extended stay and requiring a broader range of supplies. One thing to note is the presence of a friendly dog on the property. While it added a pleasant atmosphere, we did find her a bit dirty and clingy. Additionally, for future guests, be aware that the entrance is a bit hidden, so it's advisable to pay close attention when navigating to the property. Despite these minor considerations, our stay was positive, and we appreciated the accurate listing, the host's hospitality, and the convenient location.

Amazing interiors and such a peaceful surroundings that it looks like that you should never leave this place. And most importantly our host Vidyadhar made the arrangements so smooth that we never felt that I am at somebody’s else place. Love to visit here again✌️✌️✌️🎉👌👌
