Overall an amazing experience. I have traveled to Goa for the third time. This is the beat airbnb. Nice host very responsive and helpful. Villa had all the cutlery available and it was clean like in pics. Pool was clean too.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Very central location and very nice, responsive hosts. You have wifi, two rooms with airconditions and a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You have everything you need in the neighborhood, including eateries and groceries. what more can you desire. I would recommend though to rent a scooter for a smoother transportation to the city and neighbourhoods. It would make your life easier. You have even a parking space in the house for the motorcycle. The house is good for renting for the longer stays.

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very well maintained and is very comfortable . Location is also great as it is right next to beach. Its a cozy and comfortable space and has all basic amenities .

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Our request to book was last minute.Roshan was very responsive no hassle in checking in. The place is literally a throw away from the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay close to the airport.

Great place to stay very peaceful and hospitality was next level

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.
