Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Tagsüber konnten wir wunderbar Fahrrad fahren und die schönen Radwege Norditaliens genießen. Abends haben wir entspannt, hervorragend gegessen und die Atmosphäre voll ausgekostet. Die Lage ist ideal – nahe der Autobahnausfahrt, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt, aber dennoch ruhig und erholsam. Der Host war super freundlich, die Kommunikation blitzschnell und unkompliziert. Kurz gesagt: Ein perfekter Ort für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

Pasamos 2 días hermosos en Venecia alojados en la casa de Viorica. Amplia, muy cómoda, reluciente e inmaculada. El apartamento está en una zona muy comercial y accesible a todos los medios de transporte que nos llevaron a nuestros destinos de visita con facilidad. Sin dudas recomiendo 100% el apartamento de Viorica y volveremos con seguridad en cuanto podamos

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Fabiano’s apartment was exactly as beautiful as shown in the listing—spacious, well-maintained and clean. It was conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from both the Venice Santa Lucia station and the main ACTV station. We arrived around 9:00 PM on the night train, and Fabiano was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to freshen up in one of his other properties before the official check-in time for our booked apartment. His wife, Georgia, kindly assisted with the local information formalities and collected tourist tax of 24 euros in cash She also provided helpful tips to ensure our visit to Venice went smoothly. The only downside was that the local tax of 24 euros wasn't included in the booking fee, but that's a minor detail. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing two nights at Lorenzo’s place during our visit to Venice. It is right next to the tram to get into Venice which at the time was 1.50 Euro for one way. There is also a great pastry shop just down the street and near the supermarket. The place was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Unser Aufenthalt in Robertos charmantem Fischerhäuschen war perfekt! Schön eingerichtet - alles wie auf den Bildern. Gerade die Aufteilung (in jedem Stockwerk ein Zimmer) und die Tatsache, dass wir ein ganzes kleines Häuschen für uns hatten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dass zwischen den einzelnen Stockwerken keine Türen sind, hat uns (3 Erwachsene) nicht gestört. Roberto war jederzeit schnell zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Chioggia!

Its a great experience. Kristin provided a very tidy apartment. It is convenient to Venice. Kristin gives me a lot of useful information which do help us lots. During our stay she reply and respond very efficient. I do want to live here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Bellissima casa su due piani, con ampio soggiorno, cucina molto grande e attrezzatissima. Al secondo piano 3 ampie camere da letto, con piccolo balcone, 2 bagni e un terzo al piano di sotto. Ben arredata, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort possibile. Meraviglioso il patio e il giardino esterno. Noi eravamo in 7, e la casa è stata perfetta per accogliere tutti al meglio. Roberta e la sua famiglia sono persone splendide, estremamente gentili, molto molto accoglienti e davvero disponibili! Grazie davvero con il ❤️ da tutto il team. Les hôtes sont très acceuillants et facilitants. Ils proposent même des informations sur les activités ponctuelles. La maison et la piscine sont très agréables et nous avons passé de bons moments. Même des coins d’ombre sont proposés. Comme d’autres l’ont dit, la route devant la maison est très passante et bruyante. Dans la maison ou au bord de la piscine, aucune gêne par cela.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.
