My husband and I loved Ryan’s property! It is new, very clean, quiet, and comfortable! We love Medicine Park and have stayed several different places & I feel this was the best yet!! Ryan is a wonderful, responsive host and will be quick to answer any of your questions! We will definitely stay here again!

The place is great! Very up to date and stylish. I had an amazing and smooth stay. Ryan is very attentive and responds quickly. Even came to help me adjust the air conditioner because I couldn’t figure it out. Loved it so much I booked again.

We had a great experience. Communication A+. Very clean and neat. Friendly host. Quiet atmosphere. Very close to shppping centers, restaurants, fort sill.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was easy to get to. I had to reach out to Ryan about a couple things but he was super gracious and responded very quickly, giving solutions when possible. There were a few things I wanted to note, though I still stand by my 5 star rating. They're just things to keep in mind. 1. The kitchen is stocked with the very basics. We were able to make do, but there are no baking dishes, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, etc. So if you plan to cook, you would need to keep this in mind. If no cooking, then what is there is sufficient. 2. The front door has a large pane of glass, allowing anyone to see inside. I mentioned this to Ryan & he was going to correct this but as of when we left, it was still very clear. 3. The lighting outside shone right inside to the bed. If the timer can be changed or curtains added, then it wouldn't be an issue. Overall, it was great and we would stay here again!

I definitely recommend this place especially if you’re here to visit your loved ones at the base it’s only 15 mins away from the airbnb!

A good place to stay in Lawton and if I come back I will definitely stay there .

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. Ryan was very responsive and proactive with his communication. The flat was very clean and quiet. The parking lot was a little small, but we have a big truck. Otherwise no complaints!

This apartment was perfect for our trip to the Wichita Mountains! The complex is close to restaurants and stores and is only about a 20 minute drive to the Wichita Mountains. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. This unit also had a sliding door with a patio that opened to a courtyard that Ryan is currently working on. The only issue we had was wifi . We had trouble getting on the first day but the issue resolved itself for the remainder of our stay. I would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful well kept home. Definitely one of the cleanest I have stayed in. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. And there is also a gas and charcoal grill outside, that was a plus for our family.

We loved Annie’s Leaf Cottage. Annie was so accommodating and hospitable. The cottage was warm, cosy, and carefully designed. Heart and soul has been poured into this Airbnb. Annie’s communication was fantastic and it was great being able to have an early check in. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the towels were so thick and such great quality. We would highly recommend Leaf Cottage.

The ambience of the house was phenomenal—beautiful wall art and a warm, welcoming vibe throughout. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We had a little struggle with the internet connection, but the host was responsive and helpful in resolving it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay.

Great location close to downtown within walking distance while also not having neighbors close for added privacy very clean space with nice outside seating

I was in town for my daughter’s BCT graduation. The house is very close to the base and local shops and restaurants. Walmart, the movies, and chuck e cheese are about or less than 5 minutes away. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and had lots of essentials. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Oklahoma in the future. Worth every penny.

Thank you Stephen for accommodating my family and I. Initially the reservation was for only 2 kids but we ended up bringing 3 more of our children. Stephen was kind enough to allow us without any additional fees. We came for a celebration of life and we are so grateful we booked his place. It was perfect and a lot of room for all of us. He also went out of his way to get us more comforters to ensure we all had blankets. We appreciate it so much. If ever we find ourselves in Lawton again, we would definitely book with Stephen again. This home is beautiful! It provides privacy and lots of space for group gatherings, meals and conversations. My family was able to have alone time when needed and space to all be together. I loved the peaceful surroundings, views and spacious living areas. It was so clean and comfortable with everything one might need available. The pool area was fabulous and the host answered any questions quickly. It seemed expensive at first, but worth every penny once we arrived. We were able to relax right away and spend our precious little amount of time with each other. I highly recommend this host and property, it was exactly as advertised and really saved us time and stress.

This is a hidden gem will also try to book here when i have business in lawton. Dustin is a grrat host and you can tell he takes pride in his air bnb.
