Comarca Este : locations de vacances

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Vi har hatt4 flotte uker i huset som har en fantastisk utsikt både fra stuen og uteplassene. Uteplasser for både sol og skygge hele dagen og glassverandaen skjermer godt når det er vind. Stille og fredelig nabolag. Det var god plass og fredelig på strendene. Flere gode resturanter i nærheten. Mercadona leverer matvarer på døren (netthandel) hvis man ønsker det, det fungerte veldig bra. Verten Marian og huseieren Maria Jesus er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme og tok av og til kontakt for å forsikre seg om at alt var bra. Det er et sted vi absolutt kan tenke oss og komme tilbake til.

We gave everything 5 stars! Ubay really cares about you having a great time and is friendly and helpful but gives you privacy. The place is so quiet, spacious and well equipped. When we asked for something it was there immediately. We found places to eat nearby (and especially liked Acaymo) and went on the bus to Puerte de Mogan for a swim one day and dinner another. Very easy and only a couple of euros fare. We also had a car (Cicar were cheap and great) and visited the west coast and Maspalomas which were an easy drive. Ubays recommendations are good, inclusing car hire, restaurants, places to visit. In Feb/March, when we were there, the sun comes over the mountaintop about 9.15 and sets over the opposite peak about 6.15. It's a lovely suntrap in between. There were 2 of us but 4 could easily stay here. The beds can be joined or separated in both bedrooms. Lovely hot showers and the washing machine was handy. We loved it all!

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Veldig fin villa, med flott utsikt i eit fredelig og fint område. Det var rent og ryddig da vi ankom og villaen hadde det utstyret vi trengte. Fint plass å kunne ligge ute ved bassenget på dagen og man kunne nyte solnedgangen frå altan i øverste etasje på kvelden. Liliana var enkel å kommunisere med og svarte raskt. Kunne absolutt lånt denne villaen flere ganger.

An outstanding location, very close indeed to a sheltered beach which is generally very quiet on weekdays. There is a well stocked Spar nearby, and a large Mercadona supermarket a short drive away. The property has access to a large pool which was never busy. A large marina is part of the complex which features a yacht club with an excellent restaurant, again only a short walk away. We are not golfers, but there is a golf course close to the complex.

Una estancia tranquila y agradable. La ubicación buena ya que estaba cerca de la playa. No obstante, estaba también lejos de la parte mas turística de la isla. La limpieza y zonas comunes del piso eran muy buenas y las habitaciones también de un tamaño muy bueno. El baño de abajo era algo pequeño y sin ventanas.

Superbe appartement. Situation géographique pratique pour accéder aux sites touristiques de chaque côtés de l’île, pratique également pour rejoindre l’aéroport, louer une voiture, faire les courses.
