Our second time staying at Mildred's place, very easy to communicate with her, ideal facilities and location for our needs, supply of toiletries, water, laundry powder /facilities to have a good start to our stay. A very pleasant start and thanks again.

Muy acogedor se siente como en casa, las habitaciones, sala, baño y cocina impecable. Por otro lado la ayuda de la señorita Carol excelente, muy clara y precia. Sin duda volvería ☺️

Dos semanas súper agradables en el départemento, súper céntrico, cerca a Barranco, MiraFlores. Muy cerca hay tiendas y hay un supermercado también a pocas cuadras. El edificio súper tranquilo y siempre hay seguridad en la entrada, nos encantó el lugar, además de la vista a la playa. Muchas gracias por todo! 🇵🇪😊

Yuly, our host, was exceptional in delivering a wonderfu Perú experience from the time we first discussed our travel plans throughout every step of the way. We traveled as a family, including two teenagers. We had enough space including rooms, bedrooms and even two (2) balconies overlooking the ocean. The kitchen and laundry allowed us to simply make the most of our trip without overpacking. Yuly even had beach chairs. We literally felt at home during our entire stay of 11 days. We enjoyed delicious food, warm people and found our neighborhood walkable, going out for simple breakfast and fresh-squeezed juices. It's also convenient to many of the things that you might wish to explore. (e.g., museums, downtown, parks, etc.) From day one, Yuly had her lady welcome us and gave us a tour of the unit as well as the other amenities that include a wonderful swimmg pool, ping pong and billiards and great rooftop sunsets. The neighborhood is safe we enjoyed our time in Yuly's Air BnB.

This is a truly special apartment, with 180-degree views along the coastline. The main living area is expansive, and listening to the ocean while on the couch with the breeze off the terrace is one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. The kitchen is giant and fun for elaborate cooking, with expert lighting detail, a dishwasher, and a very large prep surface. And it’s very private — only two apartments on each level and in a building that extends out away from others on the malecón so that your closest neighbors are a whole block away. The bed, the showers, the large screen tv… it’s all perfect. Javier is a great host as well and checks in regularly should you need advice, extra supplies, or other assistance. If you’re wondering whether you should book this stop wondering and do it.

Me he quedado con Brenda en muchas oportunidades, en cuanto a los departamentos ninguna queja, siempre están muy limpios, bonitos, cómodos, ubicados en un lugar seguro. En cuanto a la atención que te da Brenda como anfitriona, es 100/10, una persona muy atenta, siempre está dispuesta a ayudar, es muy atenta. Feliz de encontrar esa comodidad y seguridad cada vez que estoy en Lima.

Just as all the reviews say, everything is wonderful - sensational location, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, very well provisioned. So I’ll how about some thoughtful positives that aren’t often mentioned. Terrific lighting in the bathrooms ✅ Water pressure is outstanding ✅ Loads of coffee pods ✅ A shopping trolley for lugging groceries from the supermarket ✅ Well considered seating in outdoor areas ✅ Plenty of equipment for cleaning or tidying along the way and washing/drying is well supplied ✅ Wifi is crazy fast ✅ We didn’t have a chance to use their friend/driver, Carlos but it’s great to know he’s an option. Julio and Maria Luisa are terrific hosts - very responsive and generous with their recommendations. They know what travellers want. I'm only disappointed that they're booked out when we return to Lima at the end of our stay in Peru. If you find a vacancy, jump on it!

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en un departamento de Juan Daniel, y desde luego no es la última. Como anfitrión es un 10/10, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y pendiente de tu bienestar. El departamento es muy pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Es perfecto para alguien como yo que trabaja en remoto, viaja solo y no pasa mucho tiempo en la casa. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con autobuses, el Metropolitano, combis y mototaxis. Si quieres conocer la vida en Lima como es realmente, y comprar en el mercado, ir en el transporte público y conocer a las personas que viven ahí, es el alojamiento ideal. Espero regresar pronto al mismo departamento.

great little apartment with everything you need for a stay in Lima the rooftop pool was excellent we really enjoyed using it there's also a lounge with good Wi-Fi that is available it was a little warm on our stay but we enjoyed the house it was very accommodating to the location we needed and the amenities in the building the host was extremely communicative and helpful with everything we needed

Daniel appears to have had an issue with the booking of the apartment but wa sable to place me in another airbnb location with better/similar amenities. We enjoyed our stay and everything was above expectations.

Todo estuvo excelente. Ubicación céntrica, limpieza, todo es tal cual la descripción e imágenes y muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Mayko’s apartment was exactly like the pictures. Great location. My family loved it. Workspace was comfortable with very fast and stable internet. Apartment faces the back of the building so less noise from the main street nearby. Building has a pool/sauna/common area but you have to reserve a day ahead usually. Gym is small and unimpressive but that’s not on Mayko. Mayko was on top of any issues that came up and very helpful. He provided an extra fan when the temps got hot. Always there when we needed. When we’re back in Lima we’d stay here again.

哎，一言难尽啊，第一次在爱彼迎平台预订公寓，结果因为漏水问题需要赔偿，2024年底的心情不太好了，在秘鲁也没心情游玩了，早日回国吧。

Buenas ubicación , todo limpio , y una bonita vista

Buen alojamiento, limpio ordenado y amplio, estuvimos 6 personas -creo que el departamento es para 5 por el numero de camas si los huéspedes no son familia- el edificio fácil de encontrar y muy buena ubicación, muchas cosas para llegar caminando a la zona turística. Todas las comodidades en el edificio y los anfitriones con comunicación muy fluida.

Karen was very reachable and she answer my questions quick. Her place has a great location on Miraflores. It is close to everything, including a supermarket just in front. The place has security 24/7. Her place is in the 11th floor, with big windows and you do not need AC. There was a nice breeze. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Definitely you will enjoy your staying in this nice apartment.

Excelente anfitrión. Muy atento, muy preocupado por mi comodidad, me brindó recomendaciones muy útiles durante la estancia, las cuales fueron de lo mejor que pude hacer durante mi estadía en Lima. El departamento en excelentes condiciones, totalmente amoblado, amplio, todo muy limpio, mucha comodidad, perfecto para relajarse, desconectar y pasarla de lo mejor. De todas maneras regresaré pronto. No hay pierde. Todo genial 😃. MUY RECOMENDADO👍👍
