The pictures don't do it justice!! The location is excellent - lots of amenities, grocery stores, convenience stores, public transportation within walking distance. We find it to be a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was a perfect size for 4 adults, and the space is very efficient. Amazing kitchen! Fully stocked to meet all needs which was very impressive! Everything was very well thought of and well stocked! And really great decor and super comfortable furniture! I highly recommend Stefany's place, and would definitely stay here again! Awesome host with an amazing house!!

Some of the best hosts I have ever had on Airbnb! Place was absolutely pristine but it's was everything that was listed and so much more. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and unique home. It has a lot of character and there was so much thought put into the furnishings and decor that it was just interesting to walk around the house and take it all in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside patio was also great but with a cold spell during our stay we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. We were able to get to hiking trails, CU and Pearl St all within about a walk of a mile or less. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely plan to come back next year.

Immaculate place to stay, definitely stay here for Westminster or less hectic access to Denver. This place was awesome.

We had an excellent stay! This was a comfortable, safe, space to come back to at the end of each day. The decorations are great, even including a Christmas tree! Love the putt putt set up in the yard. There is also a cozy fireplace area. Thank you to the hosts for putting so much thought and consideration into your house!

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at Lynette and Tim’s place. It’s centralized in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I spent a wonderful weekend with my husband and daughter, enjoying all the amenities of home. I hope to stay here again.

Perfect! Beyond perfect! I loved staying here. Bed was super comfortable, living area was perfect. Bathroom was clean, so many thoughtful touches: plenty of pillows, the best sheets, soft bath robes, great seating area covered from elements yet taking in fresh air. I could walk to Starbucks and to the grocery store. I just loved it!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

Perfect little spot to stay for a weekend or more. Only 15 ish minutes from the city and 6 minutes from the Zoo. Safe neighborhood never was worried about my vehicle being outside. Would stay again.

Had a great stay with myself and 3 kids. It was very comfortable and Deborah was kind enough to work around my poor scheduling. Very clean and in a nice area.

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

Located in quiet neighborhood can hear the other unit noise quite a bit. the kitchen is bare minimum for cooking. Great for some quick breakfast but not cooking dinners. It is a great spot close to everything in Golden

Wonderful stay. Great hospitality. Amazing breakfast. And such a great sense of community. We loved it and will return. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful with an April snowfall. We will be back. Thanks for the innkeeper staff for the hospitality.

We had a GREAT stay with Ken's and are totally planning on coming back and staying for a couple of days. Super chill place and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I look forward to returning to Queen Anne's B&B! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the host/staff hospitality was exceptional throughout my brief visit. I walked alone to a show at the Paramount Theater on a Thursday night, and the neighborhood felt safe and walkable, even at 1am. The property itself is impressive. Very solid with quiet doors and non-creaking floors, which helped while I was in and out a couple times after midnight. The outdoor areas are nice, too. Every bit of food I tried was delicious, and plenty of resources were offered to make my stay more convenient. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality! Love this place...

I wont stay anywhere else in Denver when we visit. The owners are like going to see my favorite aunt and uncle. I absolutely adore them. Its clean and feels like home. The breakfast they make is always spot on. The bedding is THE BEST! I love love love the soft sheets and the light down comforter. The shower in the frint bedroom is to die for. Its like getting a message at the same time as getting clean. I cant say enough great things about staying here. Im going back, just so i can see them!

We left our luggage early since we had allot. The lady who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The overall rest and relaxation was great. The campfire eatery was a delectable. We did not stay long as we had to leave at 7:00 am to get to union station. This is the place to stay! The entire area was full of great places to eat and drink. All within walking distance. There was a tram nearby to take. A park out front! The victorian houses were historic snd a pleasure to stay in. Staff we encountered were smiling and just plain happy. We will stay here again.

Had a wonderful staycation… would definitely book again for a night out in the city and breakfast the next morning. Great location, and amenities…thanks for having us!

Dawn’s place was great! For the most part it was quiet and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and all though there’s not a full kitchen, everything you need to cook is available. Dawn was super responsive! We got in super late so she gave easy instructions to get in by ourselves. The couch was really comfortable and nice, warm fireplace was nice while we were watching TV. It is a basement apartment so the residents upstairs can be heard. There was only one shower door but it worked! The host said they were trying to find a replacement. Dawn left us homemade cookies upon our arrival which was a really nice touch. Thanks for everything!
