Madrid : locations de vacances avec balcon

La locación es perfecta, si vas de shopping en Gran vía puedes dejar las bolsas y seguir comprando más sin ningún tipo de contratiempo. La cantidad de oferta gastronómica y de recreación alrededor es genial y sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

The home was clean when we arrived and accurate to its description. Easy to get to and very near the centre and all shops. Highly recommend for those wanting a short stay.

Excelente lugar con una buena ubicación, llegas baniñando en menos de 15 min al museo del prado y tienes cerca múltiples restaurantes y bares. Lo único que agregaría es que el departamento se encuentra en un segundo piso con unas escaleras muy angostas y un tanto desgastadas, el edificio no che ta con elevador, si viajas con equipaje abultado o muy pesado posiblemente lo sufras 🥹 Pero el lugar y la ubicación es verdaderamente cómodo ♡

Beautiful, spacious,clean, nice patio, close to a día super market and lots of cafés, casa de campo, latina neighborhood, righ next to puerto de Ángel station. Beware Street working Is only for four hours. We got a $90 ticket. A lot nearby was around $20/24 hrs.

Wow! What can I say about this place other than it was perfect. I stayed with my 2 elementary school aged kids and husband and it was the perfect size with everything we needed and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate utensils and coffee and we felt right at home. I was amazed by how close everything was and yet it wasn't very loud (in march anyway) and felt private and calm. There is a lovely bakery across the street and a few ramen places and coffee shops all a few doors down. Bonus was a grocery store about 5 mins away and walkable. The intermediary company Minty was great and they let us get in a little early since our flight arrived before check in. Coming from the US I was a bit apprehensive using Airbnb outside country but this place is well worth it. The listing does say no hairdryers but there are 2 available. Additionally, there is no clothes dryer but it worked out fine for us and everything dried on racks just fine. A dual machine would be a great add.

Clara was a wonderful host! She gave us a quick overview of everything & showed us local places on a provided map. The location is great, and felt safe for 3 women staying there! Thank you Clara!

A gem of a place! Whereas a lot of Airbnbs these days feel impersonal and thrown together by institutional investors, this is a place with actual character and a human touch. Besides being stunning, it’s very conveniently located to explore Madrid on foot. There’s so many great sights and restaurants around! Javier himself was incredible. He went out of his way to help us when we needed anything and got us reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever tried. Absolutely recommended!

Ana is the most wonderful host! She was friendly, helpful, and truly made sure our visit was ideal. From check-in to check-out, she was flexible and made it simple for our family. Knowing we had an 20+ hour journey, she had a couple staples in the kitchen to get us started. The apartment is just outside Plaza Mayor, easily located to enjoy the heart of Madrid, and also very safe. It was perfectly clean with every amenity we could ask for - from kitchen to bathroom, and everything in between. We slept great in the comfortable beds hearing none of the sound from the busy outside streets. My favorite thing was sitting in the window and watching people tour outside. If you are looking for a perfect space in Madrid, please book this apartment. You will not be disappointed. I would definitely rent from Ana again. Highly recommend!
