Madrid : locations de vacances dans des lofts

We chose this place due to a convention at IFEMA. Distance walkable and metro reachable with bus connection. Not much of entertainment or restaurants around, but we looked for a specific bear IFEMA location. Lovely modern appartment, very quiet. Slept very well! I highly recommend to stay there

This is the only airbnb that I’ve actually stayed in twice. Location is unbeatable. The rooftop terrace is a huge delight. I would book a third time in the future. Thanks so much Tobias!

We only stayed in Luismi's place one night on our way out of town. The place is cozy, clean and in an excellent location. Luismi was very kind, considerate and attentive during our stay there. There is an extra check in step of going to a lock box nearby to get the key, only a minor inconvenience. I would recommend it, for sure!

Ana’s place was as described. Felt like home. Peaceful patio, comfortable bed and great coffee! She was very responsive in our communication. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a small but highly functional place plunk in the middle of the busiest area of Madrid yet surprisingly peaceful - this is it! Javier is extremely responsive and friendly, making all interactions easy and fluid. Many of the principal cultural destinations: the Prado, the Reina Sofia, the Thyssen-B, the Teatro Real, Plaza mayor etc are within a 15-20 minute walk, and always a pleasurable one.

Nice place to be in your Madrid’s vacation. Close to the subway, beautiful streets e really have a lot of options of restaurants. The apartment is like in the pictures, clean and really comfortable.

Muy amable David y su apartamento estaba muy cerca de todo y de las líneas de metro.

L’appartamento di Christian e Fèlix è veramente molto bello, moderno e ristrutturato con stile. Non appena entri dalla porta rimani incantato, si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo in pieno centro con tanti ristoranti e bar proprio vicino l’appartamento. Host sempre molto gentile è stato disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Madrid non esiterei a tornare.

El loft era muy cómodo y estaba bien ubicado cerca de paradas de bus con el 148 ibas a las zonas principales como plaza España, el rastro, gran via, etc... todo estaba limpio y zona tranquila.

Lorenzo was always responsive and helpful. We showed up later than intended (the next day) due to a flight cancellation, and we were met with the keys immediately upon our arrival in the morning. The place was nice and clean. It was also a 5 minute walk from the O’Donnell metro stop. One thing to keep in mind - if you are a light sleeper (like me) the walls are thin and you might be woken up when people enter the building. Overall though a great place to stay - clean and conveniently located.

Elena Laura is super responsive and communicated really well. The apartment is very well kitted out, including all the basics like dishwasher tablets, soap and shampoo etc. It has good views of the mountains and there is a zigzag path at the back which leads to the commercial centre Plaza Norte 2 so it’s well linked. There was more than enough space for the two of us, I felt like we should have brought a gang!

El acceso a Loft fue muy rápido y sencillo mediante las instrucciones facilitadas por el Host, El espacio es adecuado y suficiente para 2 adultos, el loft dispone de todos lo necesario para una agradable estancia, el hecho de disponer de cocina permite desayunar y cenar como si estuviesemos en casa. La localización en Becerril de la Sierra permite visitar muchos lugares de interés en su entorno, recomiendo al 100%.

Es la primera vez que conseguimos alojarnos en este apartamento y ha respondido a todas nuestras expectativas. Antonio y Oscar han estado pendientes en todo momento de que todo funcionase correctamente. El apartamento está nuevo, muy cuidada la decoración y muy silencioso para el descanso. Lo recomendamos y volveremos a alojarnos en próximos viajes.

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar 2-3 días. Totalmente reformado y equipado. Fácil aparcamiento, y en 2 minutos coges autopista/autovía. Cerca de parada de metro. En la zona hay poco ocio y restauración.

La experiencia en El Empedrado de M. G. ha sido estupenda, no le puedo poner ni una queja. La comunicación con Marta ha sido muy fluida, y además Marta es una gran anfitriona que se mostró siempre a nuestra disposición. Nos hizo un par de 'pozas' de bienvenida, bocata típico de Colmenar de Oreja que estaba muy rico, y la casa contaba con todo lo que puedes necesitar (la cocina estaba equipada con todo y tenía sal, aceite, azúcar...). La casa estaba impecable y la cama era muy cómoda. Tampoco pasamos frío, y la tele era grande y se veía muy bien. Un 10 la estancia!

Loved Leo’s place, supper accommodating with checkin/checkout. Very nice and looking forward to going back to his place for future Madrid trips!

Una estadía muy amena, el barrio nos encantó y la estación de metro estaba cerca.

Muy buena localizacion, comodo y acojedor, en nuestro ( mi esposa e hijo) no necesitabamos mas. Pero el studio cuenta con un buen baño y una pequeña cocina y refrigerador. Para los que venga de turismo esta super.

This apartment is well located, 3 min walking to Metro L1, 5 min walking to the Park Cerro del Tio Pio to watch the sunset with Madrid city view, in front there is a Supermarket, BK, Popeyes and there is another supermarket near similar to Walmart (called Al Campo). The TV is wall mounted and small (29 or 32”) no smartTV, the wifi works very well. Also Natalia is a great host, she is a very nice person and willing to help, respond in minutes for whatever questions. I would return.

Todo fue muy bien, tanto Alex como Moha unos chicos de 10/10 estaba muy limpio todo y lo recomiendo, fueron muy hospitalarios y volvería seguro.

Plenty space in apartment, several big supermarkets around, apartment near metro, place not crowded and have beautiful parks in two steps from apartments. Natalia was ready to help with any requests!
