Amazing apartment, amazing host and amazing location. 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the lake made this the ideal stay. The host was very responsive and great at check in giving us some tips for our stay. The apartment is amazing right at the top with amazing surrounding views!

Great place to stay in Milan. 10 minutes walk away from the Duomo and walkable to all the other main attractions. I was impressed by how quiet it was given the central location. That and the fast WiFi meant I could work effectively. It is small but has some great use of space so that you have everything you need.

The apartment was clear, and the landlord answered every question quickly. Everything was just perfect. The garbage collection outside the window was carried out at 7 am under the windows and on weekends on the street under the disco windows. Soundproofing (windows) lets in all sounds, greatly interfering with sleep. Otherwise, everything was great

Ci sono tornato, come promesso, proprio perché il silenzio e la sicurezza di questo condominio è impagabile. A 5 minuti dalla darsena ma nel silenzio più assoluto (e quindi lontano dai locali chiassosi)!

L'alloggio era corrispondente alle foto, pulito e in ordine, spazioso e confortevole. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani in bagno, cialde e tutto il necessario per il caffè, letto comodo e anche il divano letto.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, noch besser als auf den Fotos sowieso schon. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und diverse Toilettenartikel waren auch reichlich vorhanden, das ist in anderen Wohnungen nicht immer der Fall oder kostet extra. Bei Fragen hat Alexander immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Praktisch war auch die sehr große Garage, um das Auto abzustellen, da es in Corrido nicht wirklich Parkplätze hat. Man ist schnell am Luganersee, am Comersee und bis zum Lago Maggiore ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Super gefallen hat uns auch ein Shopping Tag im riesigen Foxtown Outlet Center, wo man tolle Schnäppchen machen kann. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Matteo verbracht! Die Lage erlaubt es, sowohl Ausflüge mach Mailand, als auch an den Lago Maggiore (oder andere) zu unternehmen. Beides ist mit dem Zug direkt von hier zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich auch ein schöner Wald mit netten Wanderwegen. In der Küche haben wir ein paar Sachen vermisst, aber die Mutter (wohnt oben drüber, spricht nur italienisch) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie leiht gern Sachen aus. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Mitten im schmucken Ascona haben wir uns in dieser modernen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Ascona und die umliegenden Täler zu entdecken. wir haben die Gastgeber als sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend erlebt und freuen uns au ein nächstes mal!

Alessandro's flat is in a perfect location, right next to Como Lago railway station and the bus station, plus it is near to the boat terminals and restaurants. The area is lively. so it can be a bit noisy at night and in the early morning, but that is what we expected given the flat in a central location. Alessandro is very good at communicating and was helpful to us, including allowing an early check in, to allow us to store our travel bags. Overall a great value stay.
